“Walking around Old Town shopping and stopped in a few men's stores looking for a fedora. Finally one shop (who had them but had sold put) recommended Raul's. As we arrived on Sunday afternoon, Raul was present and even cleaning idewalk of leaves. Immediately I knew this was another owner operated and run shop that I love to support. Had such a collection of hats my wife had me try on many and once we decided, Raul even put some padding in to fit a large (vs a tight medium). Looks great, I already have received compliments. My wife even bought a beautiful tie and cufflinks. Great shop, great owner, years in business. We will return but even initial stop has been a great satisfaction.”

“This is a nice store with men's and women's fashions. It is located in Old Town Alexandria Virginia. This store had only need open for a few months and is getting ready to close for a renovation. It's a small store but is set up well, I'm looking forward to what the restoration will do for it. These types of stores I think are the future of shopping. As the big box stores begin to close these small specialty will take their place. The customer service here is great and that's another thing I like about these small store, it's seems like the customer service is better. The store was clean and in great shape. There is a large amount of merchandise but what the do have is very nice and if a good quality. The prices are what you would expect from nice high quality clothing, a little high priced but not to expensive. They have all the spring items out, short sleeves , spring dresses etc. the also have a select amount of shoes. The color are bright with solids and patterned. It really is. Nice store but you need to hurry before the renovation. I visit back after the renovation to see the changes.”

“When I walked in the store the employees were ready to help me and made sure I had a mask. Then when I actually found shoes I liked that weren’t in stock, a young lady offered to have them shipped to the store for me. This was excellent customer service. I have one small regret and that is not keeping my receipt because I asked if they could pull my recipe with my card number so I could exchange for something else and they weren’t able to. This won’t keep me from shopping there, it was an overall good experience. The young man who helped me was phenomenal as well!”
