Also once I found a good brand that fit they let me know when the next shipment came in so I could come back and have more options! I really can’t say enough great things and how appreciative I am of the level of service I received! Will continue to go back for my work uniforms!!”

“The carhartt at national harbor is for sure one of the best ones I have been to, you walk in the store and you feel welcomed by the amazing staff who actually seems like they want to help you. The customer service is amazing! I went in and I was attended by one of the workers named Sofia she was very nice and attentive and helped me what I was looking for. “You only ever really get to see a Levi's Store in one of these types of outlet malls. Unless you happen to be in an area with a ton of foot traffic. I was happy to see this here as I needed some specific clothes.With the work training we always have a themed type banquet and this one just happened to involve denim and what better place to get some denim than to come here. I wasn't looking for anything top of the line, so I was hoping that I might be able to find something in the clearance section. I really wasn't happy with the theme and it being the hottest part of the summer.I came in and there weren't many people in here which made for shopping to be an easy task. I was really happy to have found not only a pair of pants, but a shirt. One stop and I was done with my outfit for this upcoming banquet.However, I needed to try them on before I actually bought them. This was a bit confusing in here. The fitting rooms are locked, but no one is around to unlock. Even though you are in full view of the checkout where an employee is stationed. After finally being let into the fitting room, I was able to make sure I got the right size. Satisfied with my selection, I made my way to pay. At the register I gave them an email address that gave me an extra percentage off the already low sales price. Kind of a nice stop.”

“Convenient location for me. The store is large with a kids, women and men’s section. Friendly customer service but when it’s busy it’s hard to find anyone that works there, which is understandable. I think they change out clothes every week and the best time to shop is when they open during the week. I think they have a nice selection of clothes. I always saw the store in disarray on the weekends so when I get the chance to shop during the week it’s a breathe of fresh air.”

“Wanted to find a Tshirt this place had color changing tshirts. The owner sorta ignored my roommate & I once a man walked into the store. The man didn't & wasn't interested in purchasing anything. Had there been another shop would have gone to it.... The product is very nice lots of compliments on the color change once heat or light hits it.. once purchased $60 + then the owner started paying attention..”
