“9/23/22 On 9/20/22 I stopped by this bank for the first time. I have seen people coming in and out of this place for years since I moved to Virginia. To think this use to be a Wachovia Bank at one point in time. Yes, a name many people might have forgotten. The bank wasn't very busy when I arrived. I was pressed for time due to my break ending, but I had to see if this bank had credit card sleeves/protectors. One woman was doing something Anna here teller window was closed. The other teller was counting money for a customer. The one person ahead of me had something going on and taking to much time. Again, I was pressed for time. The office had a unhidden office space while the other office spaces had walls around them for more privacy. This was on the left hand side. Chairs for the more serious matters than depositing or withdrawing money are on the right hand side. The man and teller were still going about their business and I was running short on time. All of a sudden Princess Leia and I suspected she might be able to help seeing how strong the force is with her. Leia...I mean Princess Leia, did not seem to to understand what Credit Sleeves/Protectors were so her quick answer to me is big fat no. Pitty, several other banks...no... financial institutions did not have these items either. Looks like I will order off of Amazon.”
“I’m so happy that they opened a branch near my house. I’ve been here many times always had a good experience. Great customer service. The staff is very friendly and efficient.My only complaints are that parking is limited and sometimes can get very crowded. There is no drive-through however, the plus is that they have a coin counting machine which is very rare.Today’s visit I worked with Dayvon he was very nice, extremely patient with me and assisted me through all my questions. “I don't usually comment on Google, but I feel obligated to recognize good service. My experience with the banker, Ricardo Alves, was fantastic. He was helping me close my account when he ran up against an action that he could not authorize, so he called a specialist on the phone and we patiently waited together for 30 minutes listening to a recording of "Your call is important to us..." After a half an hour of waiting, I had to leave, so Mr. Alves wrote an email to the specialist explaining my situation and asking that I be contacted. When no one contacted me after 2 days, I went back and Mr. Alves was there. We called again, but after 20 minutes of no one picking up, I stepped out to let Mr. Alves take his 2 pm appointment (which I had crashed). At 2:30, we tried again and sat another FORTY minutes until someone answered and my problem was addressed. I was truly humbled by how patiently Mr. Alves worked with me, even though I was trying to CLOSE my modest account of about $2,500! BofA needs to work on having more specialists so that people don't wait so long on hold, but it can be proud to have bankers like Mr. Alves who show compassion and dedication in their work.
