11015 Main St, Fairfax“AT&T is a great store with knowledgeable staff, who were able to identify the damage with my older phone, and offer me a new phone at a reasonable price. Even though I ended up buying my new phone, they were helpful and transparent in helping address my concerns, and walk me through billing and setting my new phone up.
The only issue I’ve had with this place was that, a few years ago, I had an employee named Rusty who ended up stealing my mom’s credit card once, but hopefully he was fired.

“One of the nicer Walmarts around. It has groceries and other department store items. Food is usually in stock, people here are mostly nice, except when they are in the way. Self checkout seems unorganized, especially when there is an issue. It took 10 minutes to get someone to fix the self checkout machines for 3 people. I would go to this walmart rather than the ones in Alexandria.”

Her and the young man working with her were both so nice and kind. I needed a new phone because mine was broken and I was nervous about switching from an android to an iPhone. I’ve been an android user since smart phones hit the market.She helped me understand the difference of the two phones. I can not express enough how great of an experience it was. I have been with metro since they first opened and that location is by far the best location I have ever been to. All of the locations,the customer service is HORRIBLE”
“Let's start with parking, there is tons of it! That already solidified my satisfaction with Target. Going inside, there was a host passing shopping carts out, which was a nice touch. A nod to excellent customer service! The store was super clean, I didn't see anything on the floors or hanging around in the wrong spot. I definitely got a bang for my buck, there were so many clothes on sale and there were lots of options to choose from. Self-checkout was speedy and there was staff nearby who could support if needed. I don't mind making the trek out to come back here!”
“I initially came to the COX store as they were the only company supporting WIFI in the new house my family and I moved into, having little experience and knowledge in this field it was easy for me to get taken advantage of for the benefit of the company. The staff team at COX fairfax were very informative and explained the step by step for each plans, how they can help reduce costs, as well as help us get the best quality service. They were able to help me get my home wifi set up the same day and made sure I was able to get work done without a delay.
In the follow weeks, I revisited in hopes to get an upgrade from my current phone and the wonder staff (Fabricio and Dagmawe) were very friendly, informative, and accommodating and helped me get a new iPhone 15 Pro Max at a rate that others providers couldn't match, even staying after closing time to assist in transporting data and setting up my new phone. Needless to say I will be revisiting for all internet and electronic related inquiries in the future.”
“I came in to get the new IPhone 16 Pro and it was absolute chaos. Even with me ordering it ahead of time there was still a line. However the person that helped me was very helpful and even helped me a through problems that happened during the transfer of my old phone’s data to my new one. There was only one issue that couldn’t be immediately fixed and that was entirely because I forgot a password needed to fix a glitch with my number. I sadly don’t remember the guy’s name but I do remember He wore glasses and a kilt and i think his name started with a D. If you have a problem with your phone I’m sure they’ll help you out. I’m sure the store is less hectic when it’s not around a major release but it’s good to know the people working there are great help even under such High stress circumstances. GOOD JOB!!”
