“This store is fantastic, and it's because of the people. I went in with my father in law, and we had a complex issue related to elderly relatives who were T Mobile customers. No one on the phone could help us, so we went to the store. Synthya spent almost an hour with us and solved all of our problems. She patiently listened to the issue and suggested solutions. She worked with us until they were implemented to our satisfaction, and made sure we didn't have any other questions. While she was helping us, other staff members approached her several times for assistance, and all the while, she solved their problems too. She's a dynamo and can help you too.
