He was able to reattach the fiddly little rubber bit that had come loose, as well as the key itself. He provided a clear and straightforward explanation of the repair and cautioned me that the key might feel slightly different from the others, but the key's functioning has actually improved with usage since the repair, and it's just like the other keys. Fantastic work!”
