“I came here to recover some data that I did not know how to get back, after I deleted something by accident. I was kind of freaking out, but when I took my computer to them, they first diagnosed the situation, like how severe it was and if it was recoverable or not, then they patiently explained to me that they were going to recover the data. The process itself was really easy because they were doing almost all the work and asked about the things that were only necessary to the data recovery. Overall, they did a great job and I was able to recover the data.”

“I built me a computer few years ago for the first time and just recently I decided to upgrade some parts of course in my area the only store that carries stuff like that is Best Buy but what I needed they hardly have anything in stock. Yea I could have order stuff from the website but I didn't want too so I came across micro center on social media or whatever and found this location. The bad thing is that it was total of 6hrs+ because it's about 3hrs from my house one way so I really hope they build another store close to me. So I'm giving this store 5 stars since that's the max I would give more if I could because they have everything you need to build a pc and the staff was very helpful and friendly unlike Best Buy. If I need any other parts or whatever I know where to go”

“I had a laptop that was used mostly for school. I stopped using it after graduating with my undergraduate degree. Problems include cleaning (keyboard and mouse), processing performance, sound card issue, and charger cable (not functioning properly).At first I was skeptical. After receiving their service, I can say it is acceptable. My mouse cursor on my laptop is now functional. Keyboard can click better albeit some keyboard function issues. My aux/jack port was a problem and not my sound card from what they diagnosed. Cord charger was not repairable.My hard drive was replaced and updated to Windows 10. My data content including photos and documents were transferred. They even gave me my old hard drive when I asked for it.Communication was mildly difficult because of a language barrier, but they were able to speak, communicate, and reciprocate in English well. I’m not a tech guy, but I did want a list of diagnoses for my computer. I got it at the end of my receipt as I stated earlier.The speedy repair was within 3-4 days (including the weekends).”

“I took my high end gaming PC to Advanced Computer Support when my monitor went black and unresponsive after some years of use. The company I bought it from was no help and essentially told me I was on my own. At first they could not figure out why it was doing this, and because of this they were not going to charge me for their services. I made the decision to have it taken apart so I could sell the parts individually and it was during this time that they figured out that my monitor was black because of a bad LCD inverter! They promptly ordered a new one and reassembled my PC and it has been working fantastic ever since! Would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with their PC!”

I feel better when I can see the product physically, old school method.To me, it's very difficult to choose something like a TV, phone, or laptop just online. So, hopefully, Best Buy will stay at its business, and not make it web-based only.Usually, the staffs are nice and helpful, customer service is good, and you may find something that you are looking for in their well-organized stores.The negative point is their price match program. Very limited choices they accept.”

We sat down for an appointment with Michael Cronauer who is a VIRTUOSO at kitchens! Voila! Everything is bundled and backed by a corporation that we know. This experience was easy, thorough and understandable. We got the kitchen and audio-video-home theater, and laundry room settled in one visit!
