The customer service from Ahmad was amazing very helpful and personable. He had a smiled the whole time and treated me with kindness and respect. Answered all my questions and took his time to show me the storage space and explained me every detail about elevator making sure I was comfortable finding the space on my own. Every single time I have any issue or concern Ahmad is my go to person. His always very helpful and return my calls on a timely manner.

“Mr. and Mrs. Dunlap were outstanding in their communication throughout my 3-month overseas trip. I always felt like a valued part of their family, not just a customer. They were incredibly accommodating with my requests, even when external circumstances made things challenging. For instance, when my car broke down and I was unable to move it from storage by the 6:00pm deadline, they went out of their way to bring help and stayed with me until around 8:00pm without charging extra. Their location and pricing were also very reasonable. I highly recommend their services based on my personal experience.”
