“I came to this location hoping that they could help me with my phone problem. Not only did Ashlin the AT&T associate help me, she went beyond. Ashlin definitely deserves a raise. She helped me get a better upgraded phone. This location and it's associates were much much better and helpful than the Colonial heights location.”

“Chandler was ver helpful in transferring sim to a new phone purchased elsewhere. He also dialed and spoke with customer service to facilitate cancelling a line which I no longer use on my plan. Everything was done quickly. He was also quite friendly, asking about my day (without slowing any service he was working on).
I also have a disability concerning standing and walking for extended time, and they helped me bring in a tall folding chair from my vehicle which is easier to get up from for me. I deeply appreciated this.”
