“The TEAM at this Enterprise location are 5 Star! Thank you Field, Matt and Iyonna. I had to utilize a rental vehicle for over a month due to an accident, and they went above and beyond on the customer service, timely responses, quick to answer their phone and overall just a great team to work with with during a stressful time.”
“Overall a good experience. We reserved an full sized SUV and were supposed to pick it up at noon. We had a conflict and I arrived a couple hours after noon and they had given our SUV to another customer. The desk person gave no concern in any manner and just said you were not here, we gave it away, we have no SUVs left, and you can choose from some six passenger vans if you like. I took one of the vans and it was fine. The customer service from this desk person was non-existent. Fortunately the young lady on the desk when I returned the vehicle was very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is if they DEMAND you be present at the very minute they say you are to pick up the rental vehicle they should make that very clear in their reservation agreement. Essentially the desk clerk's attitude was he did not give a damn one way or the other. He made that very, very clear to me. Renter beware.”

“The assistant manager Dee and the other staff made this experience a pleasant one. They were professional, polite and accommodating. These are the qualities I expect when paying for service. They did everything within their power to make us feel at ease and were apologetic for the wait (which was out of their control). The Enterprise Rental company itself will need to increase inventory so that customers can pick up their rental cars at the time requested during the reservation process. A 15 -20 minute wait is acceptable, but 2 hours is not.”

“Update:After receiving my review, Buget promptly contacted me and I was refunded for the fuel overcharge. I am pleased with the resolution.***********************************The car was rented out to me with low tire pressures. The employee indicated it was due to the change in weather and the air in the tire was fine. Well, I checked the tire pressure indicator in the car and the tire pressure was 27/ 28 when it should have been 35.The employee should have rented me a car with correct tire pressure. There were plenty of cars available. I shouldn’t have had to put air in the tires, when they had cars in inventory.Then, I returned the car the next day and was charged $18 for fuel when I returned the car with a full tank.Very unprofessional.”

“I was skeptical booking my rental car at this location after reading reviews that they sometimes don't have rental cars available even when you have a confirmed reservation. I went to the location a day earlier just to make sure. I met with the manager (Derek) and explained to him that I needed to be in the road tomorrow and can't afford not to have a rental when I come back the next day. He was very professional and courteous. He gave me an option between two available cars (I picked brand new 2024 Honda Accord) and gave me the contract paperwork. All I had to do was come show the paperwork and be on the road. He went out of his way to help and accommodate my needs for pick up. I really appreciate his help. Also, Emma at the counter was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this location. BZ!”

“J&J Limousine Service was such an enjoyable experience. The limo was top notch with lights and beverages, ice and cups already in place. The Bluetooth was already set and we played our favorite music as loud as we wanted. The driver was friendly and professional. I will never use any other limo service. They are the best. Every time I called, they answered the phone, and we text’d, which was even more convenient. If you are looking for a limo service, trust me, this one is it.
