“I'll start by saying Gunner was incredibly helpful and super nice. Took the time to be attentive and listened to issues I was having. He was possibly the most helpful person I have found at Enterprise. I had issues with getting a suitable rental from two other Enterprise locations in Va Beach. Leaving me without a vehicle for about 5 days. You can see those reviews on the Princess Anne Courthouse location and Lynnhaven location... However, Gunner made it happen. Cleaned up the mess I was having and got me into a car. Even though this location is further from me than the others- As long as Gunner is there in the future I'll be coming back to this location in the future.”

“Enterprise still knows what customer service truly is about! The team at this location is by far the most professional I encountered during my journey to finding a rental car after budget cancelled my rental and hertz couldn't provide a vehicle (even after making the proper reservations). The other competitors were just rude and did not care to come up with a solution and they could learn a thing or two from the team at enterprise. The team here did not initially have vehicles, but I stuck around long enough to be fortunate enough to have some come back early and Caleb got a car ready for me in no time, gave me a great price, and did it all with a smile on his face. These guys literarily saved the day for my family and I. My wife and 3 kids were in the middle of a military move overseas and did not have transportation because of rentals that fell through or making reservations online but then the field office not having any vehicles. Moving overseas is already stressful enough and not having transportation for those few days while waiting for our flight made it even more stressful. “I haven’t rented here in about 6 months. When entering, I was greeted by someone with a pleasant smile and whom acknowledged me with a Good morning although she was on the phone. Mrs. Suanne went above and beyond to help every customer(8) whom entered while I was there. Being that my vehicle was getting a tire change, she made sure I was good during the wait process. Her customer service was superb with every customer she interacted with. I hope she stays at this location and I definitely will be returning in the future. I honestly enjoyed our conversations. Also, I was saddened to hear about the passing of Mrs. Lisa. And I also enjoyed meeting Mr. Luther. He was a great person to interact with as well. I love this location.

“I went to Enterprise to rent a car so that I could get to and from. Work while my car was being worked on at Greenbrier Infinity. I want to thank everyone at Enterprise for all their help and getting me on the road so I could work while my car was being fixed. The customer service was good even though it seemed busy when I got there with no reservation they took good care of me. Thank You all for your Customer Service at the last minute before closing. “I just want to address the most professional Budget/ Avis Team member I have experienced in 36 years of car renting. I picked up a car in Dulles and drove to Chesapeake. I noticed a pricing issue and visited this location. Amy was compassionate, professional and caring. She listened to my issues and made it her problem to fix. I literally had goose bumps when she fixed my issue. Budget / Avis needs more team members like her. She deserves a raise, a day off and a promotion.
