I really enjoyed my trip to Plato’s Closet in Charlottesville! Kelly was so nice and went above and beyond to help me! I’ll be back!

They’re unprofessional, they slack at evaluating your clothes worth because they’re “too tired to look at them”, and they close clothes drop off early without permission from the manager.

I feel like this place is very hit or miss, especially with it's clothing. You usually only find one outfit that you really love, but you really like it, and Wear it all the time. Overall very 4/5
