I even brought two of my children along for the change process and Lisbeth was kind enough to give my son a tutorial for his new android as we have been using iPhones for years and we needed guidance from her to move forward with this process. There is another big box store conveniently located across the street from me but nooo I'd rather get in my car and drive to this Target! It's a place of refuge and healing..... for me! Today, I was focused and stuck to the list I had in hand! I did great because I stuck to the list!! Unbelievable right? I kept my head on straight, picked up my paper products, hair clips and cleaning solution! I walk past the women's clothing section like a soldier! The two employees despite one female that only spoke Spanish was still friendly and helpful. I made a choice to use the male employee who was proficient in English, so there would not be a misunderstanding. The male employee was very attentive and knowledgeable. He displayed kindness and patience thru our the tedious process of purchasing a new cellular phone. The store was clean and neatly displayed items. The product I purchased was handled with care and time was used wisely when assisting with phone set up.”
