Upon entering the store, you could feel how welcome you were. Brianne Wallace and Daniel Medrano greeted us with a smile and you could feel how happy Brianne was to be able to help my friend Michael. She skillfully assisted Michael in turning in his older phone for a new upgrade. It was also a great please to witness the true teamwork that was very evident between Brianne and Daniel.
