“Caleb and Emily were immensely helpful today. I was having trouble with my car/phone connection to the internet. My Wi-Fi worked fine but internet would not connect. Caleb listened to my concerns, went with me to my car and in less than 5 minutes had resolved the problem. I had had three other knowledgeable people work on this to include staff from a GMC dealership to no avail. I was thrilled to have this fixed.Also, I mentioned that I probably should go ahead with a data upgrade if that would help with extra billing incurred from extra cell usage when travelling. Caleb and Emily both worked together to find an appropriate package for me.They were both very friendly, accommodating and asked great questions to assure the package was right for me.Thank you very much, Caleb and Emily!”

“There was some guy named Anthony there that quickly made contact with me as I walked into the store. I was hesitant to ask about the service outage ... but as soon as I did and I explained that my service was still not working he was persistent in solving my problem and he even went out of his way to make sure my AT&T account was working well and found an issue where I was being overcharged and fixed it! He was quick to resolve my issue and fixed more than I thought I needed. I really appreciate him and other workers just like him. He was also fairly patient while I was figuring out all of the issues I had finding my personal information... thank you for the great service. 10/10 Will be there again soon.”

I needed a new phone because mine was broken and I was nervous about switching from an android to an iPhone. “One of the nicer Walmarts around. It has groceries and other department store items. Food is usually in stock, people here are mostly nice, except when they are in the way. Self checkout seems unorganized, especially when there is an issue. It took 10 minutes to get someone to fix the self checkout machines for 3 people. I would go to this walmart rather than the ones in Alexandria.”
