The owner made the adjustment to my watch quickly while I waited and was very friendly. I decided to have a couple of stones replaced in my engagement ring too and he was able to get it done in just a couple of days. He has a buddy who hangs out in the store with him who told me the owner has 70 years of experience. Highly recommend!”

I went in once on a day she was not working, and other staff quickly and eagerly jumped in to help. Their rings come with a lifetime warranty unlike Brilliant Earth which requires you to purchase warranty plans and the price depends on the # of years you want protection plus the cost of the ring. I love that Quest it comes included. They also will cover half of the shipping cost if you move out of the area to have your ring inspected once a year and cleaned. I went in with one of my watches thinking I needed to replace the battery only to find out the watch doesn't have a battery but it's based on wear for function, imagine that. They did place new battery in one of my watches and they were able to size my new coach watch! They were super quick I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
