“Highest marks for this business, product quality, price and Ash's customer service. Ash helped with wedding bands for my lovely bride-to-be and me. My 'better half' LOVES her diamond rings! The diamonds shine, sparkle and reflect the light like no other diamonds we've seen. Quality is off the charts, and we couldn't be happier. Price was fair/reasonable. Further, Ash met us near our home to deliver the completed rings since he's in the middle of relocating his Tysons store. Not many business owners would do that! My great experience started via email, where I spoke with Erik who was so kind, warm, and helpful. I don’t know a lot about selling gold, but I know I loved these pieces a lot; so this first step helped ease my nerves.When we got to the store, everyone was so kind, so welcoming, the store was pristine and well organized. I had to remind myself I wasn’t shopping because they had so many beautiful pieces! Not only were they kind to me, but so welcoming to my fiancé and our dog.They took their time evaluating each piece, explained what they were worth as well, and what the process they were doing was, and were very honest. Despite taking the necessary time, they were very quick and efficient and could answer all of my questions. I was incredibly impressed with the offer they made on my gold and jewelry, and was so touched by how seriously they took my feelings about parting with these pieces.We will be returning to resize my fiancés wedding band, and to change the prongs on my engagement ring. “Could not recommend this local jewelry store enough! Yasmeen went above and beyond helping me create the perfect engagement ring. She was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I went in once on a day she was not working, and other staff quickly and eagerly jumped in to help. Their rings come with a lifetime warranty unlike Brilliant Earth which requires you to purchase warranty plans and the price depends on the # of years you want protection plus the cost of the ring. I love that Quest it comes included. They also will cover half of the shipping cost if you move out of the area to have your ring inspected once a year and cleaned. It's so nice that they help with that cost. Definitely recommend!”

They made the experience of designing wedding bands both enjoyable and informative. They warmly greeted us by name during each appointment, answered questions we had and never pressured us to purchase or tried to "upsell" us. They also seek customer satisfaction and gave an honest breakdown of all costs, working within our budget. The quality of their materials and craftsmanship is top-rate (please see the attached photo) and offers an excellent value. Work is done on the premises and custom jewelry modifications were provided free of charge. Additionally, they are trained in watch-repair and worked on a wristwatch, providing a new battery and band. While we considered a number of jewelers in the DC area, we will be glad to return to Town Jewelers in the future. She also didn’t bat an eye at our modest budget and still managed to present a lot of options to us. In the end, she got her goldsmith to add a stone to an existing band for my engagement ring, and I got a lovely engraved wedding band at the same time. Highly recommend Solovey for their great vintage selection and customer service.”
“We took my son's first birthday photos here. They were very professional and polite. We rented hanboks for the photo shoot. Their collection of hanboks are very nice. They let us come in prior to photo shoot day to pick out our hanboks. During the photo shoot, they tried their best to make my son smile. They seemed very experienced with taking baby photos. Everything went well, and the photos came out great. I highly recommend this place if you want to rent hanbok or get some nice photos. I will be coming back when we have another occasion for special photos!!”
