“Could not recommend this local jewelry store enough! Yasmeen went above and beyond helping me create the perfect engagement ring. She was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I went in once on a day she was not working, and other staff quickly and eagerly jumped in to help. Their rings come with a lifetime warranty unlike Brilliant Earth which requires you to purchase warranty plans and the price depends on the # of years you want protection plus the cost of the ring. I love that Quest it comes included. They also will cover half of the shipping cost if you move out of the area to have your ring inspected once a year and cleaned. It's so nice that they help with that cost. Definitely recommend!”

Mr. Young helped me find the right size and did the work in less than an hour while I waited in the store. His work was amazing and I love my rings even more now!”

“I want to share my latest experience. We had three families visit and we have all heard rave reviews about that employees that work there. We just went Friday night for my daughter that is 5 YO. Toni was done working at 7pm, however she stayed behind so my daughter and my friend's daughter would have a great experience getting their ears pierced. Both ears at the same time by two employees, to minimize the scare. Toni was professional and definitely knew what she was doing. Willing to stay even when she had clocked out for the night. “I love the look-alike Longchamp Pliage tote bags at this store! I bought one in just about every color in the last couple of years and I took them all over. Windsor Castle for the Royal wedding in May 2018, Paris earlier this year, and a number of trips to the beach. I even bought two smaller Longchamp look-alike bags recently to gift to my niece who is less than ten years old and doesn't know what a Longchamp bag is! I'm not a fan of the Longchamp look-alike overnight bag because the handles started coming off after just one trip. The manager at the store replaced the bag at no cost to me but I'm not sure that I would be able to pack much into the bag without the handles starting to come off again. A pretty overnight bag with limited utility.”

I looked towards other locations because of my bad first experience, but returning to this store was the most convenient. To my pleasant surprise, my second visit went perfectly. I worked with a lovely manager named Pinky who was very professional, kind and caring. She was knowledgeable about the products and demonstrated her expertise in helping me pick out the charms and accessories for my bracelet. This visit got a 5 star review from me. She was stand-offish and seemed slightly annoyed during the less than half-an hour time we were there. This was forgiven as I understand that people can have bad days. However, I was disappointed that when we were paying for our necklace the associate didn’t offer any sort of container or bag for my purchase. When I asked her for a bag she seemed surprised that I asked for anything. Yes, I would be wearing the necklace, but isn’t it common courtesy, especially from a slightly higher end jewelry store to make sure that their customers had a box for their pendant and chain? There were no instructions about caring for our piece. These are all elementary steps for any business!When we said goodbye, the associate did not make any effort to remove the rope so we could leave. We had to squeeze our way out to remain respectful of the store.I am disappointed and offended because this was an otherwise very memorable and sentimental experience between me and my significant other. We were more compassionate towards our sales associate as her customers than she had any concern for us. This is not conduct befitting a jewelry business.”
