“Excellent customer service! We were in need of ballet shoes and tights for an MSA performance. I called ahead and the staff person was cordial and confirmed size availability. We arrived right before closing but were greeted respectfully and kindly. Our items were already waiting for us at the register but Meagan recommended that we confirm sizing. She was super kind and patient. She ensured that we had the right items and that my child was comfortable with the shoes. We walked out of the store and my children remarked on such a great customer experience. I will be sure to patron this business and recommend them to others.”

I now go there more frequently to see what new things they have.Previous review: I'm so glad to hear others say they've had great customer service b/c it's been hit or miss with me. Sometimes i'll get a very nice sales woman and other times, like today, my daughter and i walked in, looked around the jewelry by the front register and left 5 mins later and not one person acknowledged us. We've also gone bought something there and literally, nothing was said to us. Not hello/can i help you/thank you for shopping with us. As i said, there have been times when they've been friendly but it's kind of odd that it's not consistent.”

“I LOVE this place. Alot of the clothing is not my style, but there are enough accessories that I like and it is really cheap. They change over the merchandise pretty often. It is usually worth my time to visit. Nothing over $25. All the earrings were $10. I got three pairs today. I also scored a gorgeous scarf that I would have happily paid $25 for and it was $10. It was a beautiful water color looking design in a blush pink with a couple white flowers and the green leaves were a lovely tone. Sometimes you don't find anything, but it is worth it to drop in here and there. It was great for Christmas presents last year. I find the ladies that work there helpful, cheery and accommodating!”

“I was visiting DC for the weekend and had an impulse to purchase a pair of Rick Owens sneakers. After searching multiple stores, my search was pretty unsuccessful until I was recommended to SOMEWHERE by a friend. They vouched for SOMEWHERE, based on their personal experience, and them to likely carry what I was looking for.I called the store about my inquiry, they confirmed they had the shoe and advised me to out their website for sizing and online order for pickup. I ordered the shoes and headed in that direction right away as it was close to closing time. After fighting DC traffic and BARELY making it, I found that I made the purchase for the other location which, in essence at that time, was already [technically] closed. A total oversight on my end.The staff member, who searched for my order, recognized this and went above and beyond for my rather "urgent" situation as I wanted to wear them that night and I wasn't sure if I'd have the time to get them on another day. He contacted the other location, explained to them my situation, and ultimately facilitated an arrangement for me to pick up my order at the correct store after closing time.The initiative of this particular staff and his ability to go above and beyond possessed me to write a review as he is a direct reflection of what I think this store represents. AMAZING customer service and hard to find high-end street fashion.I am grateful for him (and the staff at the other location to have waited for me). What a FIRE pick up!!!”
