“I chose Cube Smart because of their location AND price. Initially called the customer service center and spoke to Louis who was very helpful. Set everything up and reserved the unit while talking to him. Then used the smart registration online to set up my account. It was very easy and my unit was waiting for me the next day ready to be occupied. It's very clean and secure.”

The customer service from Ahmad was amazing very helpful and personable. He had a smiled the whole time and treated me with kindness and respect. Answered all my questions and took his time to show me the storage space and explained me every detail about elevator making sure I was comfortable finding the space on my own. Every single time I have any issue or concern Ahmad is my go to person. His always very helpful and return my calls on a timely manner.
