“After arriving to the rental location I was told my original reservation was given away the day before. The person helping me, Sam went above and beyond to fix the situation. He got his manager and together they fixed the issue and kindly gave me an additional discount for the inconvenience. The lot manager helped me to my vehicle and loaded my bag into the car for me, very kind of her! Over all it was great working with everyone at this location. Dropping the car off was so simple and we were able to get on the shuttle right away back to the airport. If I need a rental car I will definitely be using Enterprise again, and have already suggested to people I know traveling through the Dulles airport to use this location. Ten out of ten on quality of service.”

“I was on the Do Not Rent (DNR) list by error. I've been getting the run around from different departments in enterprise to resolve the issue. Which is preventing me from renting a vehicle. I arrived at Enterprise and spoke with Alejandra, who then directed me to David. After explaining the situation to David and showing him documentation that there was an error on the part of the system, David took action! He reached out to his regional manager. Let him know what was going on. David and his regional manager resolved the issue for me In a relatively short duration of the end, I was able to rent a vehicle from this enterprise location. I was taken off of the do not rent list and I was headed on my way! Going to pick up a seven year old and a nine year old who are waiting to go trick-or-treating! I really appreciate David's help me! You really came through!?”

“Good Customer Service It's 90% of the reason businesses experience "return customers" when providing their services. I did not want to pass up on the opportunity to give "kudos" to Sabina JN Louis. I rented a luxury vehicle from Alamo, a beautiful Cadillac CTS. Not even halfway into the trip, I noticed the maintenance required message on the dash and was immediately concerned about whether the car was going to leave us stranded. Called Alamo and reported the issue. Upon returning the vehicle, Sabina, the station manager, pulled the car from the rental lineup and made sure it was diagnosed by their service team before it would be rented again. She did not want another customer dealing with similar car maintenance issues. Great work, Sabina!! “Recently had to get a rental while my auto was being repaired.Used Enterprises as it was near. They did not give me an equivalent but the outback wasn’t bad just big and I had to keep calling for instructions.Returning is a bit tricky unless you want to leave it at the auto repair. You suddenly come across all the rental companies. Quick check-in and out. Only issue is I used my transponder and I hope it picked up all my toll charges and I don’t get a big bill. The Manager who checked me out was efficient.”

“I will never rent from another company. Marin Morton the area manager went above and beyond. I landed at IAD from DFW and was having a horrible experience with other companies that manipulate civilians to use their resources by shuttling from the airport. Nearby is Go Rentals, I wish I would’ve known about them prior to be given the “run around” for hours. I called Go Rentals and Marin picked me up from my location and drove me back to their office. I had difficulties with payment and she took hours out of her day to attend to my needs. After contacting the proper resources back in Dallas and multiple emails and phone calls Marin did; my day did a complete 180. Look no further then “Go Rentals.” Ask for Marin Morton and she will make sure your experience is nothing short of easy and wonderful.”

“Used a vehicle from them while my vehicle was at a shop for some repairs. Didn't go to their location because their representative was at the shop already processing rentals for other clients as well, and I dropped off the keys to the shop staff once I picked up my car. There were no enterprise reps there at the time because they don't have a base there. The staff that gave me the vehicle in the beginning was friendly. The process can get quite lengthy when their iPad couldn't connect online to complete the documentation process.The vehicle was fairly clean and easy to drive. There were no surprise charges or anything of the sort. I had a fairly positive experience. Would most likely employ their services in the future should I need them.”

“Had a tear in my driver's seat, wanted to be sure management knew it, they upgraded me, in the next truck, I had a piece of plastic come off with this 4runner and they said not to worry,"thank you for letting us know, we will make a note of it so you won't be charged as it was pouring rain out the day of rental and was not conducive to a detailed pre-inspection!" I had prepaid for a tankfull of gas but was only a 7 mile commute and filled the take for less than 1/2 tank for the week. .they still charged for the full tank, I spoke to customer service they fixed the change...well done!”

I had a few issues with my original car and they were quick to resolve with another vehicle, and for the minor inconvenience, went out of their way to ensure that everything was absolutely perfect before I left.I had some issues with external charging stations and was not able to completely charge the vehicle prior to return. When I showed the photos of the charging stations screens with the error codes, they immediately adjusted invoice to ensure that I was not charged for the low battery status. Excellent customer service and professional attention, I would highly recommend this location for your next rental.”
“I used Premier Sedan Services for airport transfer from Hamilton VA to Dulles Airport for an early morning flight. After booking I received confirmation, and reminders at 48 hrs, 24 hrs, 12 hrs, and 2 hrs as well as a text from the driver when they were in the driveway. I loved the reminders as I always worry about drivers not showing up before a trip so this gave a bit of confidence.The car and driver were early, the car was spotless, and the drive safe and efficient. I would certainly use them again.”
