“We used Reston Limo for all of our wedding transportation, including an SUV for us, a 30-passenger shuttle for the wedding party/immediate family, and two 30-passenger shuttles for guests at the end of the night. All of the vehicles were on time, and none had any issues. Our sales rep, Phillip, was fantastic. In addition to being responsive to emails, he was easily accessible by phone, which I really appreciated because I wanted to talk through many different combinations of times/vehicles.”

“Process was quick and easy - booked everything online and picked up the car in a few minutes. I was offered a convertible when I booked a sedan and luckily the location had a sedan. The car ran well but the quality of the tires made the road noise very loud inside the car. That was my only complaint. Drop off was very easy and quick.”

“I booked a 2 week car rental for a 8 seater car through Stressfreecarrentals. The car company I picked up the rental from was Alamo at Dulles Airport. I have to say the whole service was great from start to finish. The price was very reasonable, the service was friendly and not pushy with no hidden extras (as feared). The price I paid was what I quoted during booking. My flight was delayed by 2 hours which meant collecting my car 2 hours later than planned for. This was no issue as the desk is 24 hours. It was a seamless check in and I was told to walk outside and pick the car of my liking out of the 7 seaters available. I picked a brand new 2024 Jeep Wagoneer which only had 6 miles. I was very pleased with this and the car was exceptional. I had to change drop off locations to Washington IAD airport. after explaining the situation, the representative was very understanding and made it possible for me to do so. Overall I would rate my experience 10/10 and would recommend and use the company again. Thank you!”

“I am an American who lives abroad. As such, I do not own a car, or have a credit card that covers rental car insurance.I chose Dollar because I am able to prepay in my local currency, and the rental automatically includes the CDW insurance.BUT...I took 1 star away because, apparentely, per Virginia law, I must have the LIS (Liability Ins Supplement). The site did not mention this as a requirement, only an option. When I picked up the car, the gentleman told me I had to add LIS (another $180 total). I hesitated thinking this was some kind of pressured up-sell but needed the car so agreed. Please note: he was incredibly pleasant, patient, and gave great service.I used to live in Virginia, so I contacted my former Allstate agent who confirmed this is true information. I just wish the website would have known about the LIS, that was $180 I hadn't budgeted for.Return was quick, efficient and ACCURATE.Great experience, will definitely rent with Dollar at IAD again.”

“I was very pleased with my experience with this location. My husband and I are tall. I’m 5’11 and he is 6’4. I picked up the car and when we got in it to hit the road he said the car was too small. We returned to budget and Freddy was so helpful and patient. At no point did I feel rushed. He allowed us to see what car fit us best given the need for space. May I add that we were traveling with an infant and a Multipoo. Trunk space for a stroller was also needed. Freddy provided awesome customer service. I really appreciate him, and his patience and willingness to get us in the right fit car.”

“I used Premier Sedan Services for airport transfer from Hamilton VA to Dulles Airport for an early morning flight. After booking I received confirmation, and reminders at 48 hrs, 24 hrs, 12 hrs, and 2 hrs as well as a text from the driver when they were in the driveway. I loved the reminders as I always worry about drivers not showing up before a trip so this gave a bit of confidence.The car and driver were early, the car was spotless, and the drive safe and efficient. I would certainly use them again.”
