Too bad I forgot to bring our wallets to tip him, and he still gave away two bottles of ice water on a hot day. He and his team worked quickly and professionally to solve our problem and save my car! The perfect shop. Love it.”

“I’ve been taking my vehicle to this shop now for almost 3 years. Alex does a great job explaining what type of maintenance needs to be done. He’s a friendly, honest and a good service advisor, hard to find nowadays. The facility is neat and clean, and there’s WiFi in the waiting room, coffee. Everyone from the cashier to the mechanics are super professional. Every single person I’ve recommended to Auto America, for their automotive needs, they were satisfied. I plan to take my vehicle for all maintenance needs. Trust me, this shop will not disappoint.”

“I've been a customer for several years. Always great service. But today was especially helpful. I dropped by to get state and emissions inspections completed as well as have the front bumper secured. Everything was done within an hour - with the bumper done on the house. That's not the first time they've done something like that. Very much appreciated.”
“This Place is a certified Emissions inspection and repair shop for emissions. I only came for that so I will keep my review to just that; As I was there and had the emissions test done. I waited to get my results as I suspected I had the p420 code to replace that Catalytic converter a known issue with 2014-2015 Chevy Cruze. I had them replace the Cat once it was replaced which cost a whopping $1500 to include labor and parts. I had to drive it a few days so the Emissions would reregister it self. Well low and behold the P420 code came back 2 days later. After that I took the car back to them explained what happened and was granted a waiver after a recheck and same P420 code appeared. So they did exactly what I had expected. No issue with this establishment. My only issue is DMV needs to lower the amount spent to get a waiver or do away with this 2 year check.”

“Hello. I frequent Auto America for my car maintenance and have been coming to them for years. I just wanted to provide a special thank you to Alex today for his excellent customer service. Also the service team for getting me in and out today as it wasn't a scheduled appointment. I had just been in yesterday for an oil change and state inspection and this morning my car wouldn't start. Called and Alex told me to bring it in. When I arrived he saw me in the parking lot, greeted me by name and got my key to see what the issue was. Luckily it was just a battery issue and I was given a fair price for parts and labor. Shortly after he told me I was good to go! “I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years getting my car serviced, tires swapped, brakes fixed, had my wheels aligned and today walked in 2 hours before closing to replace my finicky battery. The employees here are always switching too, but every new technician or manager I meet has always been a pleasure to talk to. The newest manager Edson was professional and patient, he gave me great feedback on my car history and payment info. Bottom line is I will continue to be customer here because everyone is honest and friendly!”
“Mohammed and Obie were excellent. I needed them to help me manage a Silver rock warranty claim - they were extremely responsive, kind, patient, and conscientious. Silver rock was, frankly, horrible to deal with. Mohammed and Obie were knowledgeable and upfront that it would be a longish process but they kept me up to date and gave me confidence that we’d get the warranty company to do what was needed. My car is driving very well now, they serviced everything necessary once we got the approvals for repairs , and I’m very appreciative of their help and great work!”

“Passing through the area from New Jersey had tire trouble the crew there found a slow leak in one of my tires that I have had looked at multiple times besides that I actually pulled off and said that was the best experience I've had at a tire shop. That surprised me because you normally don't pull away from a tire shop thinking how great of an experience it was you just go and get a tire fixed but it was friendly service. Had a Hometown shop atmosphere. The service was speedy and Professional.”
