“I've worked with them for years and generally trusted them. But I recently paid thousands for a suspension and power steering repair only to run into more problems afterwards. They were willing to verify the repairs but basically said I was SOL.
Further, they wanted to charge me $80 for a cabin air filter replacement which is just insulting. Filters are cheap and take 2 minutes to install.”

“Mohammed and Obie were excellent. I needed them to help me manage a Silver rock warranty claim - they were extremely responsive, kind, patient, and conscientious. Silver rock was, frankly, horrible to deal with. Mohammed and Obie were knowledgeable and upfront that it would be a longish process but they kept me up to date and gave me confidence that we’d get the warranty company to do what was needed. My car is driving very well now, they serviced everything necessary once we got the approvals for repairs , and I’m very appreciative of their help and great work!”
“Hello. I frequent Auto America for my car maintenance and have been coming to them for years. I just wanted to provide a special thank you to Alex today for his excellent customer service. Also the service team for getting me in and out today as it wasn't a scheduled appointment. I had just been in yesterday for an oil change and state inspection and this morning my car wouldn't start. Called and Alex told me to bring it in. When I arrived he saw me in the parking lot, greeted me by name and got my key to see what the issue was. Luckily it was just a battery issue and I was given a fair price for parts and labor. Shortly after he told me I was good to go!
