“Great customer service with free upgrade: I recently had the pleasure of purchasing some tires from Xtreme Tire Sales. Pressed for time on my day off, (had called multiple places to no avail because of tire size) I needed four tires replaced and needed to stay within budget. After calling Xtreme, I was provided an offer but called back (a few times) and ultimately changed to a lower costing tire. Due to the timing of my last call, it apparently caused the tire to be unavailable. However, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the customer service that followed. Not only did Xtreme keep to their word of the original cost quote but also went above and beyond by giving me a free upgrade (a really nice upgrade) due to the unavailability of the other tires. Since the tire upgrade, I have been thoroughly impressed with my trucks performance and know this was an excellent investment. Overall, my experience purchasing the tires from Xtreme and receiving the free upgrade was exceptional and I will be a returning customer.”

“I caught a flat tire coming back from North Carolina after Christmas and I was beside myself as these were pretty much new tires! I walked into Mr. Tire Wednesday night five minutes until closing and Fida told me how much Tire would be and that he could have it in the next day I knew that they were closing and I had a lot going on so I told him I would call him Thursday and let him know. Thursday rolled around and it was just a really busy day and I didn’t get an opportunity to call him until late in the day. When I called him, he told me he could have the Tire in around lunchtime Friday, and that one of his text would give me a call as soon as it was in.Friday rolls around and of course it’s New Year’s weekend so I’m in the mist of my company New Year’s toast which I was in charge of and they called to say that the tire was available and to bring the car in before 5:30 PM. I advised Tom that I was in the mist of the toast and as soon as I was done I could be there around 4:30 PM. I got there right at 4:27 PM within 10 minutes. A tech drove my car into the shop and changed my tire. While I was waiting, Tom and I had an opportunity to actually speak, and he was absolutely phenomenal!Hands-down, the best Customer Service from any mechanic shop in my whole life! My brother-in-law is a master mechanic, and I have a hard time trusting mechanics. I will wholeheartedly use Mr. Tire for all of my car needs! Honestly, I had even called a few other places on Thursday And received terrible customer service from everywhere I called or they were just really shortened to the point, Mr. Tire was the only place I called that had any type of personality and genuine Customer Service! Management is really good at picking top quality mechanics!”

Asked them to check everything; they were able to accommodate us same day, check out the car, and figure out the issue (sudden recent cold created weather-induced loss of pressure in the tires). I arrived a bit earlier and when I say they got me in and started my paperwork right away. Frank explained the warranty on my tires and then some. He was also able to provide me with the corporate number to file a complaint at the other location. I’m beyond happy and satisfied with the service.
