If you knew to the DMV or Been here already I was a year from paying of my truck and somebody totaled it. I got proof just ask. But I went here because I was not about to keep paying out of pocket for a rental because a shady insurance company do not want to own up to it. But I didnt have time to find a dealership so I showed up here at 5 PM They took care of me and I was out of there with my new car just in time to take the rental back.. Do not hesistate just go.”

They are very honest and forthright explaining what is needed & level of urgency. The pricing is very fair and transparent. They even went out of their way to take me home after I dropped my car off because I did not have a ride. Chris stayed a little late to ensure my tire was fixed before a long road trip the next day.I also witnessed the kindness and care they gave a senior lady who didn’t know much about the car repairs she needed. I verified what she was being told was correct and agreed with their suggestions. She agreed to go ahead with the service and come back the next day. They stayed late to put on her spare tire so she could get home close by.I have gone to this shop since they opened in the late 80’s. Additionally, I have referred my friends and clients to them especially when they are new to the area. “Great customer service with free upgrade: I recently had the pleasure of purchasing some tires from Xtreme Tire Sales. Pressed for time on my day off, (had called multiple places to no avail because of tire size) I needed four tires replaced and needed to stay within budget. After calling Xtreme, I was provided an offer but called back (a few times) and ultimately changed to a lower costing tire. Due to the timing of my last call, it apparently caused the tire to be unavailable. However, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the customer service that followed. Not only did Xtreme keep to their word of the original cost quote but also went above and beyond by giving me a free upgrade (a really nice upgrade) due to the unavailability of the other tires. Since the tire upgrade, I have been thoroughly impressed with my trucks performance and know this was an excellent investment. Overall, my experience purchasing the tires from Xtreme and receiving the free upgrade was exceptional and I will be a returning customer.”

“The five stars is just to not ruin your rating.Okay, the staff were polite and nice to talk to. But their price is VERY VERY VERY high. I went to fix my prius which had ABS and Brake warning light and after a check up (which by the way you have to pay $160 whether you fix your car or not) they say that I need almost $4K to fix the ABS system. At the end of the day I end up with a bad news and paying $150 (they didnt have change and left the $10) for nothing. But, fortunately, I ended up fixing my car with less than $1K without paying any checkup fee. Therefore, as a friendly advice, I encourage you focus on the services you provide as much as the money you want to get paid. Im hoping you will take this as a constructive suggestion. “This was my first experience with Belle Haven Sunoco, although they had been recommended to me by several friends and neighbors. I took my 2007 vehicle in for a 140,000 mile checkup and required safety inspection. I had a few concerns that I expressed when I arrived, and we made a list of special issues for them to review, along with the normal mileage checkup.The service department kept me up to date by telephone, and the service representative informed me about three safety-related concerns that needed to be handled. In order to handle those concerns, they had to keep the vehicle overnight and estimated that it would be ready by COB the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when the technician called mid-day to say that the vehicle was ready for pickup.The work was completed to my satisfaction. The customer service was impeccable, and the vehicle is road worthy now for the next several months. I am grateful for the recommendations I received, and I would not hesitate to recommend Belle Haven Sunoco to others looking for honest, capable, and timely service.”

“My husband has a 2000 Chevy Silverado that mostly sits until it’s time for state safety and emissions tests. This year the state inspection found the rear breaks had rusted over and didn’t work properly. The mechanic said I needed new rotors, pads and to make sure the guide pens weren’t seized up.I called Zack, and told him about my issue, and he was able to take the truck right away. When I asked about the price his quote based on the work was about the same as the other mechanic at the inspection shop. But Zack clarified that he’d let me know what needed to be done, and would only fix what needed it. He said the trucks have a tendency to have emergency brackets issues and it was likely not going to require new rotors and brake pads.He was right! The work was less than I’d anticipated and so was the price. Building trustworthy relationships with vendors is so important these days. And it’s a relief not to have to worry about someone over charging you for work that’s not really needed. I’ll be using this shop again.”
