Walk-in drive-by, greeted by the owner at the front desk who troubleshooted my problem, as I told him the situation. They have a sister shop next door. A few shops away in the same plaza. Smaller. I visited their other shop first for fast VA State Inspection and Emissions with Groupon coupons. No appointments or reservations. Great Yelp reviews. That's how I found out about this shop. Sister shop could not squeeze me in. However, Van Doran Auto Repair to the rescue. Look up the Yelp reviews too. Support this Small Business! I'll be back. Highly recommend. Say hi to Sachindra!! “I recently broke down on my way to Florida from New Hampshire going to my brothers funeral. After a dealership tried to take advantage of my dilemma and charge me ridiculous prices for the repair to get me back on the road I located this shop. Ab was very accommodating and told me he would absolutely repair my vehicle as soon as possible. It was Saturday evening right as they were about to close until Monday (a holiday) He provided me a towing company phone number to get my car to his shop from the dealership. I rented a car to get to the funeral and Ab took care of my car as soon as could on Monday. He kept me informed and repaired my car that day! The workmanship was professional and expedient! The price was more that fair! I am forever indebted to Ab and his crew! Professional and super accommodating shop! “Dave is the MAN! One of the best mechanics I've come across in my life. Easy to communicate - just leave a voicemail or a text if he is unavailable. He'll let you know when he is available to take a look at the vehicle and the issues you are experiencing.I explained my exhaust was super loud and the vehicle was driving slower. Part of my exhaust rusted out and he was able to repair it within a day. Fast service and quality work.I had an issue with my brakes only at certain times. He diagnosed it as the ABS Tone Ring on the driver's side CV Axle. He provided a picture, so I could see the damage. He was able to complete the work within a day once the part came in. Quality work! No issues after the fix!My dipstick handle broke off and I wasn't able to check my oil level. He helped remove the old dipstick. He didn't charge me, but I felt it was needed to provide payment for the service. It helped out a lot!Services: Exhaust”
