I left my car, unaware of how I was going to have it towed because my insurance did not cover that and I had no money available. I walked into the store and asked for a “favor”, i needed a jump. Without incident, these angels got my car up and running!! My car needed more than a jump and the crew amazed me and touched my heart!! I will always trust them with my car repairs!! “Great experience with Auto Stop Falls Church that is worth commenting. The AC compressor blew on my F-150 that required a dash out repair. Six months later some other components in the HVAC system failed that was unrelated to the compressor, but still required a dash out repair. “I think they are good at what they do. I had a flat tire, and came here simply by way of a Yelp search with all the positive reviews. I was worried that I would need to replace my tire, but it just needed a plug which cost about $20. When they finally got to me, the guy who worked on my car was efficient and quick. I ended up tipping him because he was really good. I forgot his name unfortunately. The only annoying thing is having to wait and how traffic gets backed up into the street. It was my first time there, so didn't really know what to expect. I waited about 1.5 hours before my car was finally seen, and maybe only spent 15 minutes in there for service. I guess the cost and quickness of the service offset the long wait time. I would definitely come back though in the future and try to come during less busy times like early in the morning or later in the evening.”

“Tony was great! He agreed to look at a classic Corvair for us to ensure it was running properly and in good mechanical order to help us make a purchase decision. The shop then proceeded to change all of the gaskets, fluids, and install our windshield fluid pump! Good service even though they were busy. To boot Tony mentioned the emergency brake broke when he was parking the car and he offered to install a new one at no charge once we could get the part! I’ll be taking my classic car and other cars to his shop from here on out! Good service and a great staff!”

“I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Literally the best tire shop I've ever been to.I went there because I had a slow leak in one tire and I assumed that I just picked up a nail and would have to have it plugged. As it turns out I did have a nail but it hadn't pierced the rubber so it wasn't the cause of the leak.After a thorough examination Marley, the guy working on my car, found there was an issue with a label that had not been removed from the tire, and rubber flashing that had been left on the tire from manufacturing, that was causing the leak. Also the rim was slightly bent from where I hit a pothole.Not only did they fix the tire, but they also took the other one off on that side to see if the rim was bent. It wasn't. Super competitive price, and friendly, knowledgeable service. I will be buying all my tires here from now on.”

“Needed tires immediately as a pot hole in DC flattened 2 tires. They had the size and quantity I needed and were close by. I ended up having to purchase 2 more tires (the tire ratings were different) elsewhere and have all 4 tires balanced. Good for an emergency situation, but would probably go somewhere else to just have tires replaced.”

“Great customer service with free upgrade: I recently had the pleasure of purchasing some tires from Xtreme Tire Sales. Pressed for time on my day off, (had called multiple places to no avail because of tire size) I needed four tires replaced and needed to stay within budget. After calling Xtreme, I was provided an offer but called back (a few times) and ultimately changed to a lower costing tire. Due to the timing of my last call, it apparently caused the tire to be unavailable. However, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the customer service that followed. Not only did Xtreme keep to their word of the original cost quote but also went above and beyond by giving me a free upgrade (a really nice upgrade) due to the unavailability of the other tires. Since the tire upgrade, I have been thoroughly impressed with my trucks performance and know this was an excellent investment. Overall, my experience purchasing the tires from Xtreme and receiving the free upgrade was exceptional and I will be a returning customer.”
