“My experience was amazing! I dropped a cologne bottle off to get engraved at 12:00pm the bottle was done 2 hours after and ready for pickup by 4pm. The employee was super nice and helpful when picking my design. 10/10 experience I will be back again!”
“We enjoy shopping at Macy’s. We really like the location in Pentagon City, in Arlington County, VA. Parking is convenient and covered. In fact, they will validate your parking ticket for you so that you can enjoy free parking while there. They offer great stylish selections and last call savings. I would absolutely give this retailer a five star except they do not offer men casual and jean selections for big and tall men. I was surprised. My husband is over 6 ft tall with a 34/35 inseam and a 40 waist. They offer the waist sizes but not the inseam needed. To only find 30 or 32”inseams for his waist size was shocking. That means they are catering to overweight shorter men than taller bigger men in shape. Wow! Then to ask and learn that they do not carry those sizes in the store really surprised me. I thought the brand offered clothing for tall and bigger men. I guess not. So that is why I can only give them a 4 star. Otherwise, the service was great and the store offers many other pluses and benefits.”
“Fantastic service and very practical designer menswear. I’ve purchased suits at this location on several occasions and the staff has always been exceptional. On today’s trip, Jacob helped me and was incredibly accommodating and helpful without being overbearing. I have somewhat of an awkward build and he helped me find both an off the rack suit and separates both fit exceptionally well. Efficient, friendly, and well-stocked location. Highly recommended if you’re looking for affordable designer clothing.”
“Just went shopping at Armani Exchange last eveving !Tried on some jeans, shoes, and t-shirts, but the jeans didn't fit well. Ended up getting a really good t-shirt though! “I bought my first pair of jeans in over 10 years thanks to this store and the guy that works there. I wanted black jeans for a party so last minute i came. I’m tall so finding my size and style is next to impossible but online said had my size, they usually lie but the store my size and the jeans fit perfectly and not like high waters. “As most of the reviews say, this place has a lot of fun options as far as clothes, jewelry, etc. go, but it is quite pricey. I only really go here if I’m looking for a dress for an event or looking to splurge on a staple item. There’s a decent sale section that I usually shop out of at least. As far as I’ve seen the quality is what I’d expect it to be, I’m satisfied. Staff is very nice and helpful as well!”

“A very nice Macy; the people here make it work. All smile, jolly; happy to be there and to help. I came here to look for some dresses, ended up applying for a Macy's card (for big discounts). Staff in the women's department are very helpful, helping me re-tie the bow tie on a dress that I liked. Not all dresses are available in all sizes, and the staff only focuses on the cashier. No one around to help with anything; maybe they are understaffed. The fitting room is in need of attention (paint peeling off on the wall; doors not closing properly or not at all, etc).”
