“Jean Luc helped me get checked in and made me an appointment within 20 minutes, as I didn't have a working phone to do it myself. Alex was extremely helpful and even though this store couldn't do the repair, directed me to another store nearby where I could get same day service. Alex was extremely personable, friendly, and gave me honest advice about my phone and options I could take to fix it. I'd go back if I had any more issues with my iPhone.”

“I came into the Apple store looking for my Macbook to be restored, and left with the best customer service experience of my life! I was distraught when realizing that my Macbook would not come on. I worried that all my data would be lost, and that it may have possibly crashed. So, I went online, booked a genius bar appointment, and was relieved to get a slot for the very next day. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately, and a technician helped to charge my computer, so that 30 minutes later when my appointment was to start, I'd be ready. My technician Chino knew his work. He was fast and efficient, and even helped me to get my Macbook running faster (which is great because it is a 2012 Mac :) While at the Apple store, I got a phone call that a close friend passed. Although not their job, Chino, as well as another employee Alejandra, helped with extending human kindness, which is what I needed most. They gave me tissues, and talked with me, while still getting my repairs done. I was so embarrassed to be crying in the middle of an Apple store, but the news came as a shock. By the time I walked out I felt like I could face my friend's passing with more strength, because of their kind acts, and I also felt better because not only does my Macbook turn on again, but it runs much faster now! I am getting much more work done, and it has significantly decreased my work stress levels. To have employees who are highly skilled technically, as well as with people skills, is invaluable. I will be a lifetime Apple customer because of the experience that I had today. Thank you so much”
“This is the first time I ever leave a review. Lee, who works in the Customer Service desk, was the worst staff in Target I HAVE EVER SEEN.She was being rude, unwilling to provide assistance and yelled at me like “Why do you come to our store at this time every day” and technically yesterday was the second time I have ever talked to her. Leaving 5 stars because the manager Ashley in the Clothing section later provided exemplary customer service and assisted with a positive attitude.I’ve already filed a complaint with Target Guests Relation. If I do not end up getting a satisfactory response, I will keep in touch with the Guests Relation and post a video about the situation with the recording of our whole conversation starting from her yelling at me and refused to provide assistance.”
“Great service. I went to another Verizon location first, but they were not able to help, and referred me to try the Pentagon City location, since there are more experienced technicians there. At Pentagon City, when you arrive, you check in on the tablet at the door. I was number 6 in line, and waited about 20 minutes midday on a weekend, which is fair, given I didn’t have an appointment. The technician patiently listened to my issue (related to phone data not working), and almost immediately identified the solution (a faulty app causing problems), which he has seen many times. I was so happy that he was able to solve the problem, I just want to drop a good review here, job well done!”

“A convenient, clean, well lit neighborhood 7-Eleven. Always open, rain or shine. The best part is they have Amazon Lockers inside. Easy return to Amazon or pick up. They do still have a sign up front telling people to wear face masks, but their staff stopped wearing masks. Several customers also do not wear masks any more.”

“As a pressure washing professional, I recently had the opportunity to service the 7-Eleven at 17 S Carlin Springs Rd in Arlington, VA. I made sure to thoroughly clean the parking area and entrance, removing all gum, grime, and any unpleasant smells. The result is a spotless and welcoming environment for all customers. The staff inside are just as great, offering friendly and efficient service. I’m proud to have contributed to making this one of the cleanest 7-Eleven locations around.
