“I like businesses that are available on metro. This store is on the green line. There is a decent amount of house hold items, cleaning & laundry supplies. The merchandise has changed from the "old Targets." Not as many clothing choices. I was surprised they didn't stock shopping carts on roll groceries home. They only had a laundry hamper on wheels.”

“This is my first time having to go back and update/revise a review I've submitted. Let me say it's not the independent retail store but the company they represent. I took my mother to this store for her 87th birthday to finally upgrade her iPhone and change from one carrier to Verizon since all her home services were through them. It just made sense she had finished paying off the phone from the previous carrier to bundle her cell phone into the internet, cable, and home phone. In addition, it will make it easier for my siblings and me to assist her in paying her bills. I thought everything was done when we entered the store, and I firmly articulated that this was what we wanted to do. So, we left thinking that it was done and that her monthly bill would reflect electronically this new item added to her services with Verizon. This was in November, and in January, my mother called me hysterical that she received a bill of over $800.00 along with a cut-off notice for her cell services and sending her information to a collection agency. I immediately logged on to her account and didn't notice anything unusual. So, I chalked it up to thinking that it was spam. I then went to her house to look at three bills with three account numbers on them. After not getting a favorable response by telephone, I immediately got the bills and went to the store we purchased the cell phone from to find out what happened. I was met by a young lady named "Nimota," who spent over an hour working with me to find out how to rectify this situation so my mother's services could be restored. I am not a Verizon customer; little did I know that their wireless and home services fall under two separate entities. So, in essence, as a customer, you receive TWO separate bills; one for home and one for cell. WHO KNEW; WTH. I will spare you further details of this fiasco. Nevertheless, I wanted to highlight "Nimota" and her incredible patience, poise, professionalism, knowledge of the carrier and who to connect me with. Her gentle spirit and calm personality kept me as we came to a peaceful resolution to this mishap to some degree. I hope that the store manager cherishes the gift of her presence in this store.”

“I was helping my elderly Aunt who had 4 phones. 3 were not working right. After a very frustrating and unhappy experience in another T Mobile shop. I attempted to call the corporate customer service number (as instructed by the annoyed employee at that store) to resolve a few problems. Unfortunately due to the multiple issues I had I needed to go to a store. There is no way I would go back to the previous store.I went to this Metro T-Mobile shop and met with Daniel. What an amazing difference when you work with someone that has a positive attitude that seems to genuinely want to help their customers.Daniel was patient, took his time listening to the issues and appeared to be happy doing it. Daniel came up with a simple solution, and even found another problem that had caused technical issues.I strongly recommend this store. The employees here seem to really want to provide customer service.”

“I was in town to run the Marine Corps Marathon and came here to buy some drinks. This Target is conveniently located right next to the Cleveland Park Metro Station This was a smaller underground Target, but I was able to find what I needed. I bought a bottle of Gatorade and a 1.5 L bottle of water. Prices were pretty decent. I paid for my items using a self checkout kiosk and was then on my way. A smaller Target means that there's less of a chance of you accidentally overspending, right?”

“Andy was extremely helpful! My wife and I visited the store to move from T-Mobile to Verizon and get an iPhone 15 for her. We dropped in in the morning and Andy collected all the necessary information so that he could keep everything ready for us. Once the Verizon family plan was activated, we went back to the store. True to his word, Andy had kept everything ready for us so that we could pay and even helped us transfer data to the new iPhone. He patiently answered all of our questions and was extremely friendly the whole time we were there! Thanks to Andy, we were in and out in no time! Thank you once again, Andy!!”

“Aside from the store being two blocks away from my house, this 7-eleven is definitely my favorite 7-eleven of all time. I pass through there on almost a daily basis, and the service there is exceptional. I think the Manager there frequently works at the register, and he has been so very helpful and friendly on almost every occaision that I've completed my transaction with him. Even though he didn't tell me about the new Red Bull promotion, he still was very helpful in explaining to me the new 7-eleven app. The night Manager is equally cool. He even gave more suggestions about how to us the app and score more points. You don't find this level of friendliness at most other 7-elevens.”
