Tried to get a safe deposit box and open an account. Had appointment. Clueless staff. Non- communicative and had me wait 29 minutes while they figured out if they could open an account and help me. I gave up waiting. Horrible customer service service. Sigh.....

Stood in the bank lobby for over 30 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence by at least 4 bank employees. I have to say, this is the worst customer experience I have had in 2022.

This is my favorite WF branch. Everyone there is so friendly and provides great customer service every time. I often go to the drive thru and we always talk, he always remembers me. Love this branch
