Coree, an employee of the branch, carefully walked me through very specific steps to properly present the instrument to the dealer. Her attention to detail saved me time and prevented future frustration. I was so impressed by Coree's service that I did not even consider using the dealers funding offer.”

“I needed help in a pinch to get a notary to close on a house out of state and reached out to this WF location because it's close to my current home and I have a mortgage with the company for another house. From everyone I talked with on the phone to the manager to the notary (Eman), everyone was exceptional, accommodating, and wonderful to me and my spouse. Great customer service should be a given but isn't always... these folks went above and beyond, and I'm so appreciative!!”

“After I saw the reviews of this branch I was hesitant to go inside but my experiences have been nothing but positive. The employees are always very polite and helpful. I always get in and out in a timely fashion. The branch is very clean and nice inside. Possibly most importantly they are doing a very good job making the branch safe for customers during covid. They have markers on the floor telling you where to stand, they have 2 big jugs of hand sanitizer, the employees are behind glass of course since it’s a bank, they have two cups with pens at the counter (one for unused pens and one for used pens), etc.”

“You've never met a banker like Gabriela! She is so personable, knowledgeable and helpful. While waiting in line for a teller, she escorted me to her desk and proceeded to walk me thru and set up my online access/banking. I know how to do these things but having moved ALOT over the years, we've established several banking accounts and dreaded the process again (bill pay, adding external accounts, etc). She made everything effortless and gave me good advice about their other services that I, frankly, just never had the time to investigate! In the future, I will call Gabriela for any banking needs!”

“I bought CDs from PenFed multiple times, because they offer great rates - sometimes the best in the nation. Some of their processes are a little bit old fashioned, but that's OK. What is NOT OK is secret transfer limits. That's right; they limit transferring YOUR money out; the employees know what the limit is, but are literally not allowed to share the info with customers! I was able to figure out that the secret transfer limit was $30,000 per month, resetting on the 13th of each month. Separately, they have not-secret limits; for me, the limit was $5000 per day. Depending on the amount of your CD, it can take a LONG time to get your money out of PenFed, unless you wire the money out. I would be giving a lower rating, but a helpful employee's good attitude makes me feel that 4 stars is the right score.”

“The only reason I go to 7-11 is to buy their Foco Coconut juice. This is the only reliable location (of gas stations, supermarkets, organic grocery stories) where I can find this drink. There are raw coconut pieces in the drink as well so don't forget to shake it up so all the pieces don't get stuck at the bottom! I highly recommend checking this out at 7-11, it costs $2.19 but it's soooo worth it. Otherwise, this location is pretty good. I see a lot of people coming here for snacks and food late at night. The late hours of this location are really convenient. The staff is also very nice, but sometimes this place has really drunk people passing through which can be a awkward (especially when they are knocking things over and fumbling for cash to pay). Overall, a nice location nearby my place (walking distance) and has my favorite drink. Try Foco Coconut Juice out and let me know your experience :D”

“Staying in National Harbor and believe it or not only place close by to do laundry. 11.00 Uber here came on a Sunday so obviously busy but the lady at the counter was super nice and friendly. Standard Laundrymat with plenty of options. Glad you can buy single use pods as I travel for work and don't want to be carrying around detergent. 3.00 for a wash looks like it can fit a good amount and only 23mins! So 5.00 total I went with two pods I'm that kind of guy. Give this place a try if ur in need of a quick efficient wash. You can also drop off cloths and it will be ready in a couple of hours”
