My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way. “We there to cash a check. So it was a fast experience. As soon as I walked in, everyone greeted me and smiled. Which was really nice. I had Anna which was the supervisor and she was training a new teller. But they all talked to me which makes the experience nice. I did was asked if I had an account (i did not) but it wasn't too pushy to open an account with them (which was my experience with a different branch). She gave me her card if I changed my mind. For cashing a check they wanted to see my ID and a debit card. And they had to call the check owner to verify which was cool extra security steps. Wonder what happen if they didn't pick up though? Small place. Not busy. The branch manager say hello and say I looked familiar. Hahaha. Anyway just wanted to say: Good branch!”

“After I saw the reviews of this branch I was hesitant to go inside but my experiences have been nothing but positive. The employees are always very polite and helpful. I always get in and out in a timely fashion. The branch is very clean and nice inside. Possibly most importantly they are doing a very good job making the branch safe for customers during covid. They have markers on the floor telling you where to stand, they have 2 big jugs of hand sanitizer, the employees are behind glass of course since it’s a bank, they have two cups with pens at the counter (one for unused pens and one for used pens), etc.”

“I love this BB&T location. I went there a few days ago and it was actually pretty stellar for a bank. Firstly the way the inside of the building is, is just really nice. Not the typical bland structure but one that goes with the theme of "old town." Not only that but love that they allow dogs in this location and have doggie treats for them. The customer service here was really good too. Very friendly and nice. I will definitely love making this my go to bank location.”
