“I had a fantastic experience with A2Z Auto Repair Shop in Sterling, VA. My 2015 Subaru WRX with 58k miles had multiple issues, thanks to a previous mechanic's lack of knowledge about these cars. The car wouldn't even go in reverse because the transmission was damaged due to previous mechanics incorrect shifter adjustments, and all the dashboard lights were constantly on. Scott (The owner) came out and went beyond the scope of duty and spent 20 HOT minutes figuring out how to fix the mirror. Wouldn't take money for the effort. I got a bulb change, safety inspection, and oil change for $168 which seems reasonable to me. All of the staff that I talked to in person and on the phone were great and professional.
