“I'm not one to get my car detailed, but I had the misfortune of having a puppy pee on the back seat of my car and was in immediate need of a deep cleaning. I felt a little out of place pulling up in my Kia for service, with all the high end cars they were working on, but they could not have been nicer to me throughout the service. They explained everything to me and provided a detailed walkthrough of the car when the work was done. My car completely exceeded my expectations (nicer than new), was finished on time and for less than the quoted price. I recommend Xtreme to anyone who needs a detailing service.”
“Fabulous customer service and quality of work! Learned during an oil change that the rusted frame of my '99 Wrangler would not pass the next safety inspection. Hubby received numerous recommendations for Bull Run through Facebook and we scheduled a visit for estimate. We were impressed by the team and proceeded to schedule subsequent repair. My repair date shifted a bit due to challenges posed by the Jeep ahead of me, but the team kept me well informed. Once the work was completed and we brought my baby home, we peeked underneath and saw the extent of work performed. So many beautiful, clean welds that were also painted over (unexpected)! “I brought a used car into this shop for a pre purchase inspection. Very prompt service.. the owner Dolf and his crew got my car in right at the proper time and kept me updated throughout the process. They completed a very thorough check for a good price and were very up front with what was wrong with the car. In the end they saved me a good $2500 in unfixed issues with this car, which prompted me not to buy it.
Their work ethic is superb, they promptly answer every phone call that comes in, and they keep their customers informed in a friendly and up front way not normally seen at most other auto repair shops. Their prices are agreeable. The shop has a unique “mom & pop” feel to it.
I would like to add that Dolf himself reached out to me several days after I did the pre purchase inspection to follow up on the car and how they did. I have never had that happen from an auto repair shop owner after a first visit… very honorable and customer service oriented.

In addition, after the visit, they would have a report sent to you via email so that you can view the conditions of your car and what might be recommended to be done/check if they notice anything during the inspection. “Came to Morshed's shop twice.
My 2nd time only to replace a worn out brakes. However, Morshed informed me that my engine oil was too low and diagnosed the timing chain tensioner was the reason. Which makes sense since i have over 200k miles on the car and never replaced that part.
He replaced it same say eith the brakes. Changed the oil and car been good since then. Not BS and fair prices.”

“I rolled into the Aldie Garage needing a quick Virginia safety inspection and an emission inspection. The owner Bill was kind enough to slot me in for the day (which was hugely helpful since I was in the area helping my mother with various chores including the inspections). He performed the work same day. When I stopped by to pick up the car I wanted to leave him with a generous tip for his kindness in doing the work so quickly. He wouldn't take it and sent me on my way. I cant say enough good things about this kind of customer service. Highly recommended. And thanks Bill!!!”
