“We have had two different roll Top tonneau covers installed here as well as numerous vehicles for window tint. Our latest trip to them we had them install these low profile vent visors. I saw them on someone else’s truck and went in and asked her about them and she knew exactly what I wanted. She had them there within a couple of days, and they were priced right. Service with these folks is unbeatable!”

Like lightning, she check my account, printed my paid receipt. Wait, I didn't pay? It's free. You are under warranty. She change my battery in seconds, Wow! She was amazing and so nice. “What an amazing experience!!! My daughter and I went to a different auto parts store (not Napa) in Tomball to get wiper blades. The store we went to gave us the wrong blade for her car (we did ask for them to help us find the correct ones). The customer service at this unnamed store was awful. We returned the wrong blades and drove to Napa. The customer service at Napa was amazing! The guy at the register helped us find the correct blades and he installed them for us. Very helpful and super professional. Thank you Napa! I won’t go anywhere else but Napa for auto parts.”

“First I must say that Laura is an excellent customer service rep. She was very patient and very knowledgeable in what I needed for an older John Deere gator. I hope she stays with this company because it would be their loss if she didn't. Delivery was very fast and it was packaged very well. My mechanic is installing the starter now. This will be my go to place for parts since I have a large farm and a lot of different big equipment. The local companies around here just care about making a buck and I'm here to tell you that their customer service is pretty bad. They could all use some lessons from Laura. I recommend this company. My review was supposed to be for the store in Georgia but it somehow ended up on the Tomball Tx store.”
“I give this AutoZone 5 stars because of Mr. Parker. He went out of his way to help me when I was trying to figure out my battery warranty issue. Unfortunately, it didn't work out, but Mr. Parker still helped me out tremendously. I'll go back to this AutoZone just because of him. Thank you sir.”
“They did a good job installing my new tire.It wasn't busy when I went so that was good. Grabbed a bite at the McDonald's in the store, picked up the car and took off.No problems, no hassle. I don't think I've ever had problems with a Walmart tire install. And they last just as long as the ones you get from the specialty stores. Just pick your brand.”
“Their prices are pretty good and they are about my go-to parts house... However their Auto parts don't seem to be any more advanced than any other place. Also I have tried and they will not give you the parts in advance of payment, so I'm not quite sure where the name comes from but overall it's a pretty good place”

Saturday night was definitely one of those times, they could've booked it out and left me stuck, but my girls were amazing by waiting a few minutes as I was walking from work desperately trying to get my alternator. Thank you, ya'll are the best.”

“I came in for an oil change yesterday and they didn't have my filter in stock which is fine, my step-dad rushed over to auto zone to grab one.I had asked the lady who checked me in if they could secure my floppy skid plates while they were under the car. I have a very low car and lots of bumps in the front.One of them is a hole in my window washer fluid container. The sensor on my dashboard has been bugging me for months, digging and telling me I have no washer fluid (who cares!)Anyway, when all was done I drove away and the window washer fluid sensor didn't come on! Not only did they give me an oil change, but they secure my hanging skid plates and some part hanging out, but they managed to plug a hole and get my window washing fluid sensor off! They fixed all this for $56! I am VERY happy!!”

The conversation even became so trusting that we touched on family and personal matters, which made them feel very comfortable. Jesús is definitely the right person to reach a good agreement and I appreciate his patience and expertise with my case, so all that remains for me is to indicate that if you are in the hands of Jesús Espinoza I guarantee that you will have what you dreamed of.”
“The two staff members who greeted me and checked me in were friendly and helpful. There was an error in their system so I had to wait longer than anticipated, but I was able to get some shopping done. Unfortunately, another staff member was not as helpful, but I'm hoping management can improve their check out process.”
“I bought a rear axle from here. Ofcourse used but it is on my vehicle now and I have not had any issues they do offer 6 month warranty. Fingers cross it last long. I think the guys who helped me was Mitchell was very helpful.”

“My engine light has been off and on since May 2022. Finally diagnosed as a malfunctioning power control module which is an apparent known issue in 2010 4.6 liter engines after exhausting other avenues through a performance shop mechanic. It was necessary for me to have Ford utilize their IDS software to program the repaired PCM unit. The mechanic's name is not on the invoice and that person has my sincere thanks and gratitude. If I can drive a month without a dash light illuminating; I will be completely satisfied.I have a negative view of Ford Corporate for deciding to no longer update Sync 3 and no more navigational map updates are offered.”
