I was taking a break from a local residential service call and got a flat tire. I did not have the lug nut remover for my specialty tires. They had my flat changed in less than an hour and the manager, I think his name was Terry, gave me a free lug nut socket that fits that tire! Thanks Discount Tire on George Bush!”

“WOW!!! This place runs like a well-oiled machine. I haven't experienced this level of service, knowledge, care since I can remember! I overheard others saying the same as well. I came in just after 5pm on a Friday hoping they could squeeze me in the schedule after I picked up a nail on a jobsite today, then I decided to replace 2 tires as well. Was no problem for them. All bays were full but also FULLY staffed so they had my car ready to go in no time! Called my parents just to tell them they need to start coming to this location. 5 STARS!!!”

“I don't know how I've not previously written a review for Carmon as I have been a thankful recipient of expertise for probably 10 years when he had his shop at the 75 and royal area. He is beyond budget considerate with his pricing and just overall extremely honest and fair. He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future. His knowledge is wide-ranging but more than that he is happy to educate his clients which is invaluable. Lastly, he is so kind he always puts us at ease (my husband and I have talked about we want to have dinner with him and his wife - we like him so much!) which is such a blessing if you're stressed about a car issue or budget. “All the guys that work here are great. I even went to two different restaurants while waiting for my tires and the people at both restaurants spoke very highly of them. Sam took very good care of me, ordered my tires and called me when they were in. They did excellent job on thwere able to take me a day early. I especially appreciated that they wrote up my order without high pressure sales, like you get at Discount Tire, and found me a 10% discount, something that Discount Tire would never do. They were also about $40 cheaper on 4 Wrangler Duratrac RT (17r70) @ $243.00 ea. on their website before the 10% discount. I was basically allowed to do an alignment for free with the savings. I called Honest-1 and the lady was extremely nice on the phone. She asked her technician and he said he would stay and wait for me to arrive. “Brian and Kelvin were absolute lifesavers today! My tire went flat 30 minutes before they closed. I called and they said they could still take me in and get a new tire. When i arrived 15 minutes before closing, they went right to work and did everything, rotating, changing my tire. They even took the time to check my wiper blades and my other tires, air them up and change the wiper blades.”

“After being quoted very high for the set of tires I wanted I had about 2 hours of time before my next meeting and decided to stop in at about 11:30. Hugo helped me immediately even though they were busy. He gave me a quote for my preferred tires and beat out 4WP by over $300. I didn’t plan on doing it that day so I went back to my car to get some busy work done before my next meeting. Hugo came and knocked on my door and let me know the warehouse was closing on 20 minutes and he would go get the tires for me anyway so that when I was ready they would have them. After this I thought…maybe I do have the time to do it today. I went back inside while Hugo was running to go get the tires and asked about how long it would take. I spoke with Carson and he assured me he could get me out of there before my appt that was 10 minutes away at 1:30. He said he’d have me out by 1:20 at the latest. Hugo arrived with the tires at 12:15 from the warehouse, they had my truck lifted up and began to work by 12:30. They had it done by 1:10! I was early to my meeting even after telling my client I might be slightly behind and he was incredibly thankful for my punctuality and my willingness to let him know I could be late. I could not be happier with my new tires and the service I received from Hugo and Carson. Y’all absolutely rock thank you!”
