“Phil at ARS is a master at his craft. I brought in some aging OEM steelies in the hopes ARS could do something to help me. Phil was very up front on his inability to straighten those steel wheels if they were bent, but was absolutely willing to check them, and if they checked out, clean and refinish them.Phil was also up front about the issues of steel wheels and powder coating (they can be difficult or impossible to powder coat), but assured me he could clean and paint them at a minimum.After a complete cleaning, Phil determined painting was the way to go, and delivered four OEM JDM rims looking factory fresh and perfect. ARS is the only answer if you insist on top quality work!”

“I don't know how I've not previously written a review for Carmon as I have been a thankful recipient of expertise for probably 10 years when he had his shop at the 75 and royal area. He is beyond budget considerate with his pricing and just overall extremely honest and fair. He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future. “After being quoted very high for the set of tires I wanted I had about 2 hours of time before my next meeting and decided to stop in at about 11:30. Hugo helped me immediately even though they were busy. He gave me a quote for my preferred tires and beat out 4WP by over $300. I didn’t plan on doing it that day so I went back to my car to get some busy work done before my next meeting. Hugo came and knocked on my door and let me know the warehouse was closing on 20 minutes and he would go get the tires for me anyway so that when I was ready they would have them. After this I thought…maybe I do have the time to do it today. I went back inside while Hugo was running to go get the tires and asked about how long it would take. I spoke with Carson and he assured me he could get me out of there before my appt that was 10 minutes away at 1:30. He said he’d have me out by 1:20 at the latest. Hugo arrived with the tires at 12:15 from the warehouse, they had my truck lifted up and began to work by 12:30. They had it done by 1:10! I was early to my meeting even after telling my client I might be slightly behind and he was incredibly thankful for my punctuality and my willingness to let him know I could be late. I could not be happier with my new tires and the service I received from Hugo and Carson. Y’all absolutely rock thank you!”
