“After being quoted very high for the set of tires I wanted I had about 2 hours of time before my next meeting and decided to stop in at about 11:30. Hugo helped me immediately even though they were busy. He gave me a quote for my preferred tires and beat out 4WP by over $300. I didn’t plan on doing it that day so I went back to my car to get some busy work done before my next meeting. Hugo came and knocked on my door and let me know the warehouse was closing on 20 minutes and he would go get the tires for me anyway so that when I was ready they would have them. After this I thought…maybe I do have the time to do it today. I went back inside while Hugo was running to go get the tires and asked about how long it would take. I spoke with Carson and he assured me he could get me out of there before my appt that was 10 minutes away at 1:30. He said he’d have me out by 1:20 at the latest. Hugo arrived with the tires at 12:15 from the warehouse, they had my truck lifted up and began to work by 12:30. They had it done by 1:10! I was early to my meeting even after telling my client I might be slightly behind and he was incredibly thankful for my punctuality and my willingness to let him know I could be late. I could not be happier with my new tires and the service I received from Hugo and Carson. Y’all absolutely rock thank you!”

It's exactly what you want need and expect from a good car repairs shop. Great customer service, fast and friendly service, no bullying or beating around the bush. “Had a vibration on my truck, took it over to NTB in Carrollton, and they got me fixed up in no time. The service manager (Katelyn) was very polite and told me there was a small wait when checking me in. They got me in within 10 minutes of being there. Sydney (store manager), and two techs (Jose & Fred) patiently explained what the issue could be, and took the time to show me while I was there. Overall everyone was very polite, professional, patient, and helpful in anyway they could be. Thanks again for getting me taken care of!”

“If you’re ever in a hurry and need a quick fix, this is the place you need. The gentleman who helped me was so friendly and empathetic, I told him I didn’t have much time and just needed a quick patch on my tire knowing full well I should get a complete replacement instead. However, he assured me he could get it done quickly and it really was a better idea to get a whole replacement versus just a patch. I’m so glad I trusted him, within 10 minutes I was paying and out the door! I’ll definitely be coming back here if I’m ever in a pinch!”

“Came in for a creaking noise coming from what I thought was front wheels. I had another shop tell me I needed front shocks and other things replaced to fix the noise. Brought it to Carrollton complete automotive and spoke with John who was helpful, patient, and thorough.They were able to pinpoint it down to my hood latch needing to be greased. Fixed my problem and had me out of there in no time. Noise is completely gone. John and the team were great.”
