“Dan is awesome. He is one of the few honest mechanics I’ve ever met with excellent customer service. Took my car in the same day I called him and he had it ready the next day! The check engine light was flashing and my car was running terrible before I took it to Dan. He diagnosed the problem within a few hours of having the car and he even called me to come into the shop in person to see the problem for myself. Once I gave him the approval to fix the problem he had my car back to me the next day! If you live around The Colony, Frisco, Lewisville or Carrollton I definitely recommend taking your car/truck into Dan! It's best to make an appt because I feel like they are always busy but best part of it all is that I can trust them and that is hard for a female getting her car looked at or fixed. They always call me and explain the problem with my car, give me pricing and get approval before fixing. I appreciate the honesty and service.”
“I’ve gotten 2 services done here for my Mercedes glc both experiences were great. Although with the first service (I forgot what it was called) I was expecting to get my car back in one day and it took two (major inconvenience). For the second service I was pretty much in and out, it was an oil change and to make sure all of my fluids and brakes and stuff were good. Can’t complain and will be back.”
