“My son ran into the store in THE COLONY to make some changes to his acct. And had the pleasure of meeting Craig. (Who just got out of training 1st day on the floor) and my son was Amazed at how helpful and knowledgeable Craig was! Knowing my local stores (Odessa Tx) were not so helpful.. he told me to call Craig at his store. I contacted Craig the next day. . He took the time to go through my plan and helped me not only LOWER MY BILL but he also upgraded my phone. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received! I would rate his customer service a 10 out of 10!! In fact. . I now won't call or go anywhere else when it comes to my Verizon service!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRAIG AT THE COLONY STORE !!”
