“Yenny, and Henry are super friendly every time I go in there. I needed help one time and they knew I was in desperate need of fixing my phone, bcz I'm not very tech savvy. They were closing the doors, and this woman stepped outside to fix my situation after hours. That to me says a lot about this location. And she didn't even know me. I think her name was Angie. That is customer service. This exact thing occurred to me at the location on Corporate Dr. And the lady was locking the doors. I'm always showing up right at closing it seems. Anyway it was even really cold and misting outside, and like I said. When it comes to my phone, I just don't know how to operate some of the most simple things. And the woman said I'm sorry but we are closed. I explained my silly situation, and she simply locked the doors, and could tell that I wasn't a danger, and it was a simple Facebook bubble fix. It took her less than 30 seconds. In the cold drizzle of rain. That's the kind of people that work at T-Mobile. Thank you so much. I tell my employees. GO THE EXTRA MILE, BECAUSE IT'S NEVER CROWDED!”

To add insult to injury, calling in for support requires listening to a bunch of unnecessary nonsense for quite some time before you get to anything or anyone helpful. Update: Astound has reached out to me and has offered to work on the issue. I'm going to change the review for now until this work is done as they are making an effort to resolve it.”
“I just now moved to lewisville and was thinking of leaving verizon, I came in a few weeks ago and worked with Kristen and then her associate"Kalub" came from the back and helped analyze my bill and save some money! Kristen is great, Kaleb is great, yesssssss they were short handed and multi tasking which actually made me happy, because my past few visits I did not experience any type of service! Understaffed unfortunately but 5 stars, I will be back!”
