Talk about service!I’m always super wary about these “phone repair” places but I needed my Samsung phone screen repaired and wanted to call around for the best deals.Hitech Wireless is new to the area (they moved from their 7-year Coppell brick and mortar) and when I called, they offered me prices at LEAST 1/4 LESS than everyone else!! On top of that, the owner even offered to pick up and drop off my phone! I ended up visiting them at the store in Music City Mall (upstairs across from the food court) and I was beyond impressed by the repair, their knowledge AND their service! These people are truly genuinely caring and wonderful!They went above and beyond for me and I paid wayy less for the repair! I will be telling everyone about them!”

There was never a time where Aerowave didn't meet our radio needs and they were prompt to fix any mistake on their occasional occurrence. “Yenny, and Henry are super friendly every time I go in there. I needed help one time and they knew I was in desperate need of fixing my phone, bcz I'm not very tech savvy. They were closing the doors, and this woman stepped outside to fix my situation after hours. That to me says a lot about this location. And she didn't even know me. I think her name was Angie. That is customer service. This exact thing occurred to me at the location on Corporate Dr. And the lady was locking the doors. I'm always showing up right at closing it seems. Anyway it was even really cold and misting outside, and like I said. When it comes to my phone, I just don't know how to operate some of the most simple things. And the woman said I'm sorry but we are closed. I explained my silly situation, and she simply locked the doors, and could tell that I wasn't a danger, and it was a simple Facebook bubble fix. It took her less than 30 seconds. In the cold drizzle of rain. That's the kind of people that work at T-Mobile. Thank you so much. I tell my employees. GO THE EXTRA MILE, BECAUSE IT'S NEVER CROWDED!”

“Went in to get my screen replaced. Filed the claim through tmobile and set up my appointment online. When I walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had everything fixed and ready to go within the estimated time frame they gave me, so there wasn't any unnecessary standing around and waiting. Very quick and well done screen replacement. Its been a few days and everything is working 100% on my phone. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.”
