“Trevor is an excellent store manager and made what would've been a multi-step issue to fix a breeze.So we went in for a phone replacement due to an accident that occurred during a vacation and Trevor was able to diagnose our issue and provide the best service imaginable to help us get a new phone and have it set up. Despite set backs and needing to work with multiple workarounds just to get the phone set up he was absolutely patient the entire way and made the time fly by. charming, patient professional. He taught me how to use apps & features.He was aware of my desires and my needs. He found me the perfect protective cover for my new cell with and even put it on for me. As I was leaving, he set up the page to set up Google Assistant when I got home. He is devoted to AT&T and his customers.
I don't what his salary is,but I DO know excellent customer service when I see it, especially post Covid. AT&T doesn't want to lose this employee. He deserves a raise.
If the staff is ½ as good as he is then I highly recommend this store. They care about their customers.
