They ordered the screen, and I repaired my phone the same day the part came in. The wait was less than 30 minutes. I will recommend them to anyone needing help with their phone.”

“Trevor is an excellent store manager and made what would've been a multi-step issue to fix a breeze.So we went in for a phone replacement due to an accident that occurred during a vacation and Trevor was able to diagnose our issue and provide the best service imaginable to help us get a new phone and have it set up. Despite set backs and needing to work with multiple workarounds just to get the phone set up he was absolutely patient the entire way and made the time fly by. Honestly excellent customer service and will be returning for future assistance. 10/10 no notes.”

“I normally don't give reviews be it good or bad service, however I was in such a bind and had such good service I feel the need to.The night before last I went to boost Mobile on airport drive and I barely got in under the wire before closing. I had an upgrade and a double swap with with my phones at closing. It's kind of equivalent to walking in 20 minutes before closing in a restaurant with an eight top.Andrea was working and honestly she helped me out so much I tried to scoop her to come be our cashier at Volvo. Great customer service. Then they'll text you when it's your turn.It's a small store but they're managing very well with Covid. All employees wear masks above their nose too. “It's a new storefront and is rather large on the inside and kind of hidden in the corner of the Fiesta plaza. Clean, comfortable with chairs and benches to sit while you wait. The best part is there isn't much of a wait as they are so new. I came in to set up my nephew and niece's first cell phones and we were immediately taken care of with great service by Marisol and Ed. Ed is the manager and really knows what he is talking about, and was able to recommend the perfect speaker for me based on my needs and budget. I'd give this place 10/10 stars!”
