“Shioban and Cayvon went the extra mile. Shioban was kind enough to let me see a couple of units even before I rented to see the condition and size of the units which was better than others in the area. Her follow up and help with my move in appointment was also great. Cayvon was patient when setting me up for access and payments and also helped with some minor things afterward. Overall been a good experience so far.”

Was Rockstar customer service, not only was she super welcoming, she didn't hesitate to change my unit, showed me the unit before I accepted, found me a dolly 3 buildings over, and when I lost the wind to move another thing, she offered me an ice cold water!!! I would suggest cubesmart off her customer service alone!!”
