“I worked with Jason and Danielle to get two radios programmed for use at work. I found them both to be polite, and professional. Communication was prompt easy. It was no trouble to get either of them by email or phone as I needed. They went above and beyond to help me make the best decision for my application and to answer all the questions I had in the process. I am not a big customer and only spent $68, but was definitely treated as important. They even overnighted the radios back (at no cost) to ensure I got them in time. Top notch service, and excellent pricing. No need to go anywhere else. Thank you HCI!”

“The customer service was so overwhelming supportive and went the extra mile to explain when I had questions about items advertised on the app or window display. I ordered a pizza for a family member to take to them and the manager brought the pizza out to my car to me personally when it was ready, because I had to go back to my car to put my phone on the charger. The pizza was hot and freshly made. I was so grateful and that customer service was just lovely and definitely made my day.”

“This place is better than the other Target stores we've been. But, they need more cashiers! And, we have seen theft and when we notify employees they just don't care. One of them last time said "I don't get paid enough for that" when we told him there was a customer walking out with a cart filled with kitchen appliances without paying for them.”

“Chris and Hector was very helpful with helping my wife and I when we came in to figure out if we could upgrade our new iPhones and Upgrade Program plans. They were both wonderful to talk to and work with. They were very speedy handling our situation and they made sure all the T’s and I’s were crossed and dotted before we walked away with brand new iPhones! Would definitely recommend going here and asking for them both! Side note, there was an employee that checked us in that told us what we wanted to be done ‘could not’ be done there at Apple. Fortunately, she was wrong and we felt that before you deny the customers of what can and can’t be done in the store, you may want to check everything first. We felt it was extremely unprofessional and a bit lazy. We also felt that she should be trained and educated better than to simply say ‘no’ to customers before finding out if the problem could be resolved. Only con to our experience there. Other than that, everything else was great!”

Lina helped me out proactively. I was impressed by their contingency reaction. I bought a 7502G, the design is fabulous. The fan is strong and quiet. My wife loves it. Highly recommended!! Must get one.”
