The experiences my husband and I have had at this Apple Store have always been great. We have been helped by Lam, Ronny, and Hector- rockstars. They are the nicest people ever; super attentive, and make sure you get the help you need. Would recommend them!

My son took his phone in. He had an appointment so he was helped as soon as he hit the store. An hour wait wasn't bad. Fixed his phone and so far there's no issues. No complaints from me
