So I needed a battery replacement on April 4, I brought my laptop in case I got bored. I heard the wait may be 3-4 hours for battery replacement if it is busy. I arrived late to appointment after walking in the mall trying to find the apple store.The front store greeter in the apple store was nice and asked me the moment I entered if I needed anything and welcomed me. I told I was a little late she said it was okay and had me seated and the back table. I got there at around 12 pm and left while they fixed my phone around 2. It didn't take long they would consistently check in on you and make sure if you needed anything.The technician that was helping me was really helpful by trying to backup my data on icloud. Also there was young woman walking around continuously checking in on people, she had good customer service but I can't remember her name or the technician's. But if you go there and she is on the shift you will know who I am referring to after looking around. She pretty much helps you start up the process for the diagnostics.Overall experience:I did wait to meet a technician about 10 minutes because they were helping others, I waited to receive my repaired phone after I returned to the store but it was peak hours so expect to wait around any time after 12pm. Overall it was a good experience and they fixed my speaker even though I didn't ask for that but needed it. However i would definitely get an earlier appointment, have the diagnostics done along with your data backed up to your cloud, if you want to be out quickly. If you don't mind waiting it won't be long I would just walk around the mall and shop.

Lots of staff working but half of them standing around and chit chatting. Work productivity is so low. How did mgmt train all these people. Unbelievable to see this happening. 2 people ahead of me but waited literally 1hr to get helped.

5 stars to David. 5 stars to the lady who checked if my phone was ready. 0 stars for the lazy staff members just standing around doing nothing. 0 stars for the wait I endured during my appointment to be seen. The lady who I sat next to was also frustrated with the lack of customer service during her appointment. I ended up helping her the best I could. That’s freaking sad. Maybe another location is better.

I would only give 5 stars to Mayra, but the reason I am giving a 3 stars is because I made an appointment and an associate told me they couldn’t do anything for me until 8pm. Which in my head I thought was weird because the store closes at 8pm. I still listened because the appointment was set for 8pm. I got there at 7:45pm just to be on the safe side, and I got into the store and was told they could not find my appointment, and it showed that the appointment had been canceled. So, they just checked me in and was told to go to the back of the store, where I would be held for an hour. After that hour passed, I found it weird that the store was already closed and STILL nobody acknowledged my presence. I sat at the Genius Bar table and watched MIKE the technician pack up and leave and still not acknowledge me. Finally, an angel sent from heaven, MAYRA, came out and stayed for another hour to help me until my phone was fixed. GOD BLESS HER SOUL SHE IS AMAZING!! SHE SHOULD GET A PROMOTION. Mayra if you’re reading this, you’re the best. But for the other 2 homeboys, someone needs to teach them some customer service skills.

Usually Apple Stores are very busy places and no one can actually give you real care about your concerns.However this location seems to be doing much better job for any service or repairs about your Apple devices.

2/23/24 - I had a very poor experience with my phone repair, specifically with Nick and Sarah at your First Colony location. Nick seemed like he was hesitant to help us and quickly just left us alone. He didn't explain well what we needed to do or who we were waiting for. In fact, he said he was leaving us (his station or table at the time) and said someone named Sarah was going to help.After thirty minutes of waiting, I finally got up and asked someone for assistance. By chance, this person happened to be Sarah! Sarah told us she didn't know our situation or what we needed.(Didn't Nick say Sarah was going to help us? If he told us this, why didn't he communicate with Sarah? Nick should have properly handed us off to Sarah, introduced us and then left.)Sarah gave us a quick one minute instruction and told us the Apple store closed in thirty minutes and they couldn't wait past that time. I then asked her why we were asked to wait for her and she said she didn't know!Before we left I spoke with Nick over this and the disappointment we had with him, Sarah and the overall service.

5 days after VisionPro released. We were just walking by and asked if we could have the chance to try the VisionPro. Didnt expect to have availability but we were really lucky to try it on last minute. Jered was helping us both experience the customized VPs, very nice and professional! even though we were so enjoying the amazement that it was already past their closing time (8pm). Jered shared our customized size and glasses info. Very exciting experience.
