We were very satisfied with the closeness to home and the ease of checking out and back in. The vehicle we rented was clean and ready for rental for the time we requested. The vehicle totally met our needs for space and comfort.”
“I have rented from Enterprise for all kinds of needs. Out of town visits, vacations, car wrecks and no matter what the occasion I'm treated with such amazing customer service. Mr. Will Tolbert is absolutely the best. He takes his job very seriously and he follows up every step of the way. Who texts a customer to check and see how the vehicle is performing; he does. There is a huge difference between customer service and customer experience and Mr. Will knows that difference. I AM AN ENTERPRISE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND no matter where Will goes he always has my business. Thank you Sir”

12888 S Texas 6, Sugar Land“This location wasn’t great, but it has its good qualities. I reserved a car about a week and a half in advance, but they didn’t have the type of car I was requesting (honestly I think this is just a Hertz company website issue, not the location itself). It was a little slow, but it seems like that’s because it was understaffed. I think at least 2 people would do the job (there was only 1). Regardless of the negatives, I was helped by staff José, who was excellent. He was in an unfortunate situation where he was the only one who could get the cars and man the service at the desk, but he was multitasking as best as he could. He was very thorough and thoughtful. Even though it wasn’t smooth sailing, he helped it along. I hope he gets some help in the soon, but kudos to him for being patient and doing his job well. He’s the reason I’m giving 4 stars. This is my first time doing business with this location.”

400 Promenade Wy #1600, Sugar Land“Ok. It is what it is go in with your expectations set. I think a lot of frustration on both ends would be alleviated. So if this can help anyone starting out with Uber please read before visiting this location.1. Uber will have you to make a reservation and Hertz will accept the reservation. However, this location has its own system that works for them. It is called, first come first serve. They open at 8am. If you are picking up be there at 8am there is no guarantee you will get a vehicle.2.Sign in and stay vigilant.3. Listen to all directives whether they are directed at you or not. (It’ll keep you ahead of the curve.)4. Check your vehicle before you leave for any damage or maintenance issue like lights on dash and the oil recommendation sticker. YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS ASAP.5. If the vehicle needs an oil change request ask for a voucher asap you will not be able to extend your rental until you take care of this. ( their car maintenance vendor will check for everything and request Hertz to approve them which can take 3-6 hours. Mine went in 9:45 am with 10 am appointment at time of writing it is not done at 3:30pm but the work was approved with no issue and is in the process.) Expect to miss some money.6. Stay on top of your emails. If you get an email go into the location asap. Don’t bother to call they have a good 10-15 people on any given day, requesting one thing or the other.7. Remember, the rentals are steeply discounted and it is with the assumption that there will be some resulting lack of convenience.8. Listen and stay calm so that you don’t get talked to crazy. If you know you lack understanding it may help to bring someone who can mediate and get you through the process because they will not be any sugar coating or baby sitting.Now, with that being said happy hustling.”
