If I could, I would give it ZERO stars!HORRIBLE customer service, front desk ladies YELLING at customers for no reason, cussing because she still has about 6 other customers and her “time to get the hell out of here” passed. I decided not to wait anymore, I just walked away.

They are aggressively pushing EVs but Houston doesn't have the infrastructure to support EVs. The chargers are broken, vehicles don't include charging cables, and there are lines at the charging stations. Absolute madness!

The service is very bad! The employees are terrible and always seem to be in a bad mood! The company should take all these bad reviews into consideration; this is a shame, Hertz!
